Geniet van een leuke, gemakkelijke rit naar de topattracties van Berlijn, waaronder de Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz, de Rijksdag, het Holocaust Memorial, Checkpoint Charlie en de pittoreske Tiergarten. Uw deskundige Gids biedt interessant commentaar over de plaatsen die u ziet en over de turbulente geschiedenis van Berlijn. Deze tour is beperkt tot 15 personen, wat zorgt voor een meer persoonlijke ervaring.

Aan het einde van de Dertigjarige Oorlog was de bevolking van Berlijn gedecimeerd. Om te helpen bij de wederopbouw werden protestantse Hugenoten uitgenodigd om uit Frankrijk te verhuizen en zich in dit pittoreske deel van de stad te vestigen.
Alexanderplatz ligt in het centrum van Mitte en is de hartslag van Berlijn. Met overblijfselen uit elk tijdperk van de geschiedenis van de stad, is dit plein cruciaal om te begrijpen wat Berlijn drijft.
Oorspronkelijk de oprichting van Frederik de Grote, Bebelplatz is zoveel meer! Dit koninklijke plein, waar de universiteit en een van de operagebouwen van Berlijn zijn gevestigd, herinnert ook aan de schade die de nazi's met hun propaganda hebben aangericht.
Op deze krachtige herdenking bespreken we niet alleen de holocaust, maar ook de vele manieren waarop Berlijn en Duitsland de gruweldaden tot in de 21e eeuw herdenken.
Waar Oost en West elkaar ontmoeten! Op dit voormalige Checkpoint tussen de Sovjet- en Amerikaanse bezette sectoren van Berlijn, zullen we bespreken hoe de stad werd verdeeld, en werd het middelpunt van de Koude Oorlog.
Onze tours vertrekken allemaal van en eindigen bij onze Alexanderplatz winkel. Gelegen aan de voet van de TV Toren.

The perfect tour of Berlin for 1st timers! Sam was a great guide who provided a lot of historical background.

Good sampling of Berlin landmarks. Paedaling was easy and our guide, Sanders, was very knowledgeable. Be aware that stops are only for a few minutes, there is not enough time to actually go through the museums
These bikes are so good. Up and down kerbs comfortably. Maximum fun, minimum effort. A good number of stops along the way where our guide would give us a brief history of the buildings. It was fascinating and I would highly recommend it. We were visiting Berlin on an extreme day trip so we got to see a great deal in just 3 hours. It was definitely value for money and the staff at the shop and our guide Thor were so good the whole experience was seamless.
I paid for an ebike experience as I was marketed that would be able to cover more ground and see more things as they are quicker than a regular bike. The group I was assigned to were all pedal bikes so I didn’t see as much as I would have liked.
I’ve discovered that when visiting a new city, especially a large one that an E bike tour is an indispensable tool to understand the layout of the city and where things are that you might want to visit. This tour was no exception. Our guide was Sam and he is a graduate student in history. Thorough knowledge of everything Berlin. I highly Recommend the tour. There is an even more in-depth version available, and I am considering that one as well.
Great way to see all of the major sites In Berlin, including some, you would probably not know to go to on your own. Sam, the tour guide, with a degree in history, was very knowledgeable and informative.

A group of 15 people using a mixture of E & regular bikes. The historical information given by Alba at each of the stops on the 3 hour easy ride was so interesting, she was an incredible tour guide. Highly recommended. The best excursion we did in Berlin by far.
