Pick-ups worden automatisch gepland 30 minuten voor de door u geselecteerde vluchttijd, tenzij gecontacteerd door ons reserveringsteam. We verzoeken gasten vriendelijk om in de lobby te wachten op onze chauffeur die een voertuig van het merk Cape Town Helicopters zal besturen. Houd er rekening mee dat de ophaalservice gratis is en niet bij de prijs is inbegrepen. We behouden ons het recht voor om een ophaling te annuleren vanwege operationele vereisten. Zorg ervoor dat uw afhaallocatie binnen onze afhaalradius valt.

Very well organized. Pickup was smooth, service was great, and pilot was very capable and kind. Great way to see this beautiful city!
We wanted to love this trip, but left feeling like it was a waste of money. Our pilot made no attempt to engage with us and provided bare minimum information. I left feeling like I was an imposition for him rather than someone he wanted to show Cape Town to and showed no passion for what he was doing. The itinerary on line gave us more information than he did. Perhaps another pilot would have made the trip worthwhile.

It was an amazing experience, but my tour was supposed to last about 20 minutes and ended up being shorter. I would recommend getting the short-time tour instead of paying way more for what ends up being almost 3-4 minutes longer.

We arrived in Cape Town by ship and were unable to enter the port due to strong winds. After several hours we contacted the provider and asked for a later start date, because we could not make the planned date. The answer came super fast and we were able to move the appointment by 4 hours absolutely without any problems. (Thank you very much again for this!!!) The hotel pick-up also worked great. The whole crew is super friendly and competent and looked after us very warmly before the start. Finally we were able to take off in the best weather and had a whole helicopter for us. The pilot was also very friendly and relaxed. On the sightseeing flight we could see everything wonderfully from all places and had a great time. After returning we were able to take pictures with helicopter and pilot and were then driven back again. All in all a unique experience!! Thank you very much!!!

The helicopter flight was one of the highlights of our December Cape Town trip. I would highly recommend this experience, as it is definitely worth the money. A bucket list experience for sure :)
