Je reis begint op het historische Plaza de Mayo, waar je het iconische Casa Rosada, de Metropolitan Cathedral en de Cabildo kunt bewonderen. Bezoek de Boheemse wijk San Telmo, bekend om zijn geplaveide straten, antiekwinkels en straatartiesten. Bezoek vervolgens de pittoreske wijk La Boca, beroemd om zijn gekleurde huizen, en Caminito Street, een centrum van tango en kunst. Vervolg uw verkenningstocht in de buurt van Recoleta, de thuisbasis van de Recoleta-begraafplaats, waar u de sierlijke mausoleums kunt bewonderen en het graf van de iconische Eva Perón kunt bezoeken. Ga naar de stad Tigre en je begint aan een Delta-navigatie, waarbij je door de serene waterwegen vaart, omzoomd met weelderig groen en unieke huizen op palen. Geniet van een heerlijke empanadas-snack voordat u uw reis voortzet. De tour eindigt met een ontspannen wandeling door Puerto de Frutos, een bruisende ambachtelijke markt, en Paseo Victorica, een schilderachtige promenade langs de rivier met prachtig uitzicht en een ontspannen sfeer.

San Telmo is de thuisbasis van kunstenaars en jongeren, en het is vol met artistiek leven, tangoshows, antiekwinkels, bars, coffeeshops en op zondag de beroemdste antiekbeurs van de stad.
Deze buurt bloeide in de 19e eeuw dankzij de haven, die zo belangrijk was dat de inwoners van Buenos Aires bekend raakten als ‘porteños’, een term die nog steeds in gebruik is.
Het beroemdste blok van de buurt, vanwege de levendige kleuren en in het weekend de kunstbeurs en straattangoshows.
De dokken van deze haven waren tientallen jaren lang verlaten, totdat een groot stadsontwikkelingsproject ze in de jaren negentig omvormde tot moderne gebouwen, die nu een belangrijke trekpleister van de stad zijn.
De musea, begraafplaats en prachtige gebouwen in Franse stijl maken het de meest vooraanstaande wijk van de stad.
Stap aan boord van een boot en dompel jezelf onder in een ontspannen cruise van 60 minuten door de pittoreske delta.
Victorica Avenue is de kustwandeling die grenst aan de rivier de Luján en de elegante tuinen bereikt die het hoofdkantoor van de Tigre Deliberative Council en het Tigre Art Museum omringen
De Puerto de frutos is een kleine pier gelegen aan de oevers van de rivier de Luján in de stad Tigre, waarnaast de fruitmarkt ligt. De naam komt uit het midden van de twintigste eeuw, waar de fruitproductie van de Paraná-delta in dat gebied van boord ging en vervolgens op de markt werd gebracht in de stad Buenos Aires.

This tour was nice in that it covered more sections of the city than some of our other walking tours. The Recoletta Cemetery section was very well done. I also appreciated seeing La Boca section. The trip to Tigre Delta was very pleasant and interesting. Unfortunately stores on the island at end of boat ride were closed (we did Christmas Eve - evidently tour operator thought they'd be open that day - they mainly were not).
We did this tour with some coworkers because we only had a couple of days in BA and it felt like we optimized a lot of time in a day, because we got to visit the city and a great part of the northern area of Buenos Aires and a boat ride. Amazing guide in Marcelo who gave us a lot of insights!
Visiting the different parts of the city. The old and the new. The cemetery was very interesting. It was nice to cruise the delta.

This tour was an amazing introduction to BA. Marcelo was very knowledgeable. I learned a ton. You get a great overview of the city, many of the neighborhoods and many attractions. You can then figure out where you want to spend more time. The addition of Tigre was very cool. Interesting to see the 3rd largest delta in the Americas and how people live there. I highly recommend.

Fullday City Tour with Recoleta cemetery & Tigre Delta. I had an elaborate city tour of Buenos Aires today with Hernan ,a nice person , as a guide by way of a private tour .First good thing was Hotel pick-up and drop, so no tension . All important places were covered and I got lot of information from him . He is an expert information provider about the city and it's history. Beauty of Buenos Aires and picturesque tigre delta impressed me a lot and special thanks to Hernan and the Tour Operators for the wonderful tour .

Fabulous Tour! I highly recommend! Our guide Hernan was extremely knowledgeable and fun. He took us all around the city and dropped us off in prime places for photos. We spent about an hour in Recoleta Cemetery, where he took us to the most interesting mausoleums and explained each. (So happy we went with a guide.) Then it was off to the Tigre Delta where we had a delicious lunch, walked around, and then an hour boat ride through the Delta. Hernan really catered the tour to us and it was awesome!

It was an amazing tour that saved me a lot of time, since I came here only for 3 days I could sum up the City with it´s amazing history and the beautiful visit to the Tigre Delta in which we travelled by boat and got to know the life of the islanders at the Tigre. Thanks!
Excellent experience, highly recommended, very nice navigation, we had a beautiful day and the tiger, the fruit market and its very picturesque places, the guides very informed and great treatment with the people....all of ten!!! !
