Geniet van een dagtour door de stad Hue om terug te gaan in de tijd naar Hoi An Ancient Town, een goed bewaard gebleven historische handelshaven die door de UNESCO is erkend als werelderfgoed. Wandel met je eigen persoonlijke gids door charmante straatjes naar belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zoals de Japanse overdekte brug. 07:00 Je wordt opgehaald bij je hotel in Hue City en wordt naar Hoi An gebracht. 08:30 - 09:30: Stop onderweg om het Lang co-strand te bezoeken, dat aan de mooiste bocht van de "S" ligt, waar je de eerste kunt zijn die de zonsopgang in Vietnam ziet. Lang Co strand trekt bezoekers door zijn wilde schoonheid met wit zand en blauwe zee.
10:00 Na het passeren van het Lang Co-strand, rijden we 20 km over de Sea Cloud Pass (Hai Van Pass) - de hoogste pas van het land en een van de mooiste heuvelachtige wegen in Vietnam. Zeewolkenpas is de laatste uitloper van de Truong Son Range die tot aan de zee reikt, sightseeing in Vietnam is hier op zijn best met het vervolg van valleien en lagunes terwijl de weg lager afdaalt.
12:00 Kom aan Hoi An, we brengen de ochtend door met een wandeltocht door deze betoverende havenstad. Volg de smalle straatjes omzoomd met eeuwenoude huizen beïnvloed door Chinese, Japanse, Franse en Europese architecturen en bezoek de vele bezienswaardigheden: de 400 jaar oude Japanse overdekte brug, de Phuc Kien-vergaderzalen en de lokale vismarkt. Rond de stad zien we een groot aantal kunstgalerijen en kleermakers. Je kunt van de gelegenheid gebruik maken om kleding op maat te maken als je dat wilt.
15:00 Geniet van een 1 uur durende cruise op de Thu Bon-rivier om te genieten van het natuurlijke uitzicht en om het dagelijkse leven van de lokale vissers te observeren. In de late namiddag keren we terug naar de stad Hue of kun je je reis in het hotel in Hoian afronden.

Our hotel arrange for us the full day Hue city tour with a local tour operator. The pick up was timely and the itinerary was executed perfectly. What made this tour special was our guide Xi. She just loves what she does for living. She memorised names of all seven members in the group and always addressed everyone by name. Her knowledge of the historical sites we visited was excellent and she spoke very good English and spoke slowly to make sure everyone understood her. The Pagoda and tomb we visited had an interesting history, and without the guided tour, it would have been worthless. Xi related ancient and more recent history to tell her story and made the trip very interesting.

As you head off for your little boat trip you'll be surprised by the small group and Mr Tuan will explain the history of the city, then followed him through the royal city to the museum, onto a little shopping tour at the markets, lunch and toom's in the afternoon. Lunch was pleasurable but nothing outstanding, and sometimes your whisked a little early with all that's fitted into the program, but if you want history in one day you'll get it on this tour. many thanks to deluxe tours for another great tour and guide XX

Xi was a wonderful tour guide who taught us all about Hue city. She always shared history facts about the small details within imperial city and the tombs. She was a bundle of information! Learned a lot about the history of Vietnam through Xi. Even when the group started to venture off and take photos, she still kept them engaged.

It was nice relaxed visit to points of interest in Hue. Our guide was Hoang. He was excellent guide. Spoke very good English and had great knowledge about the places we visited. Our goal was a relaxing day out and Hoang accommodated this. Too often you go on a tour and are rushed but this was not our experience with Hoang. Laid back and easygoing. I would use this guide in particular if I came back to area.
