Als banketbakker deel ik graag mijn passie en cultuur met chocoholics en traditionele traktatiejagers uit de hele wereld. Als je een zoetekauw hebt, doe dan mee met deze chocoladeaffaire! We zullen chocolade proeven in veel verschillende texturen en heerlijke lekkernijen proberen op negen unieke locaties van verschillende stijlen, allemaal met iets speciaals voor ons. Dit chocoladeavontuur is verpakt met een magische eclectische proeverij van heerlijke delicatessen tijdens een ontspannen wandeling door de Gotische wijk en Born-buurten.

We bezoeken 9 charmante locaties, van emblematische chocoladehuizen tot taartwinkels, terwijl we onderweg Romeins & middeleeuws Barcelona, historische plekken & merkwaardige feiten ontdekken.
De tour eindigt in de wijk Born, waarbij je prachtige zijwandelingen maakt die aanvoelen als terugspringen in de tijd.

Carla was amazing! She is full of passion and positive energy. Carla, made us feel like family. So knowledgeable about chocolate and the Gothic and El Born area. It was more than a Chocolate and Pastry tour. She explained everything in details, lots of fun, laughs and great food. We stopped at about 9 locations. You need to go hungry. The chocolate was like art work, everything was hand made, the churros in hot Chocolate were amazing. The cake from Bubo.’s wow!!! The chocolate infused in red wine from Be Chocolat was to die for nothing like it before. It was all amazing! I would highly recommend this tour with Carla, again it was more than chocolates and delicious pastries, tour of the city, shops and history. Thank you Carla for our Barcelona highlight of our trip.
Such a positive experience with a lovely tour guide who was informative, caring, and a true local! I loved my tour and would highly recommend. I learned and enjoyed all the chocolate, we definitely saw things I would not see if I was just on my own exploring!
We loved our chocolate tour. The chocolate was great quality and plentiful (we were very full at the end), and Carla, the owner/guide was kind, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing Barcelona with us. We returned on subsequent days to get more of the chocolate she shared with us (including the quality churros). We’ve already recommended this tour to friends who are visiting Barcelona!
Did a Choco tour today. Carla was amazing, very sweet and knowledgeable on the topic. The treats were delicious, we had a variety from candies to pastry to nuts. Found out a lot about the culture and traditions through the chocolate. All the stops were authentic and mostly very old and well-established. Would def recommend to everyone.
We had an amazing chocolate tour through Barcelona with Carla, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Carla is not only a fantastic guide but also a professional baker and chocolatier, which added an extra layer of depth and expertise to the experience. She was punctual, warm, and made sure to include thoughtful breaks for water and restrooms throughout the tour. In addition to sampling delicious treats, we learned so much about the city's rich history and culture. Carla also provided us with a list of authentic local spots to visit, which made the rest of our time in Barcelona even more memorable. Highly recommend this tour—and especially Carla—for anyone who loves food, history, and discovering hidden gems!
We had so much fun on this Chocolate Tour with Carla! She took us to the most amazing places and shared interesting information about the history of the shops and chocolate techniques. The tastings were delicious and more than we expected! Carla was so accommodating and flexible to make the afternoon enjoyable and casual. I would definitely recommend this tour as a great way to get to know the city in a sweet way!
Amazing!!! Was booked as a last minute tour to explore and enjoy chocolate, and oh boy are we glad we did. This chocolate tour was not only delicious but also super interesting. Carla was an awesome guide who knew exactly what she was talking about and more. You can tell she has a love for chocolate and loves sharing it with others. If you’re on the fence, just book it, you will NOT regret it. 10/10
What an experience! Absolutely fabulous - we would 💯 % recommend doing this chocolate experience with the gorgeous Carla. Whilst the chocolate tastes and treats were exceptional (do not have a big breakfast - go hungry as there are a lot of tastings to do) Carla also walked us through the gothic and other sections of the city pointing out interesting buildings and points of interest. Carla how can we thank you for making our birthday chocolate trip so special - fabulous memories made. You will not be disappointed- just book it and enjoy. I don’t normally write reviews but Carla’s trip was one which we will never forget and needs to be enjoyed by everyone - not just chocolate lovers 🍩🍫
The tour was great. We had the chance to taste a lot of different chocolates and pastries. Carla did a wonderful job telling us about the history of the area we were walking in.
We highly recommend this well thought out chocolate tour. Carla is super dynamic and fun to be around, and offers great insight into the history of Barcelona alongside of tasting delicious treats. If you have a sweet tooth and a mind eager to learn new things this tour is a must!
