• Geniet van het gebied in een veel lager tempo en ontdek meer schatten van de Delta, vooral het labyrintische netwerk van kanalen en lokale gemeenschappen. • Probeer veel exotisch tropisch fruit • Erken de kokossnoepworkshop • Bezoek een honingboerderij. • Roei in een sampan langs kleine grachten onder het groene bladerdak van kokospalmen. • Lunch met Vietnamese gerechten in een lokaal restaurant. • Geniet van enkele volksmuziekuitvoeringen • Bezoek Vinh Trang Pagoda (luxe optie)

Vertrek om 8 uur 's ochtends vanaf het startpunt (kantoor van Kim Travel) en ga met de minibus of bus naar de Mekong Delta. Het kost je ongeveer 2 uur om My Tho. Je komt rond 10.00 uur aan in My Tho en rijdt vervolgens op een lokale motorboot door Dragon Island, Phoenix Island en Turtle Island. Stop dan op het beroemde Unicorn Island om een natuurlijke bijenteeltboerderij te bezoeken en honingwijn, rijstwijn en banaanwijn te proeven. Maak vervolgens een wandeling door het dorp en roei langs het kokoskanaal om meer te leren over de traditionele landelijke levensstijl van de inwoners van de Mekong Delta. Vervolg uw motorboottocht naar de provincie Ben Tre voor een bezoek aan een handgemaakte workshop kokosnotensuikergoed. Stap vervolgens over op een kleine motorboot en reis langs de weelderige, groene grachten en stop bij een lokaal Vietnamees restaurant voor wat traditionele gerechten. Geniet later van verschillende soorten tropisch fruit in de boomgaardtuin en luister naar traditionele muziek. Aan het einde van de tour brengt een lokale boot je terug naar My Tho. Van daaruit brengt een bus u terug naar Ho Chi Minh-stad en arriveert u rond 16:30 - 17:00 uur.

Extremely affordable and incredible! Hotel pickups and dropoffs were on time. The guide, Bob, was such an awesome and nice man who explained everything very clearly :) The crowd of the group was also incredible. I would recommend and would definitely book again!

We truly enjoyed this tour! It was more than What we expected. Its Not like the usual tours of just Temple visits and boat rides. This tour was a Good mix of various activities from boat rides to cooking Class to an upclose encounter with a Python.. But What also made the tour more memorable was our guide Hubert who did an excellent job of sharing great information and wonderful pictures to capture all the Happy memories from the your. Truly deserves 5 stars. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Our day tour to Ninh Binh was honestly amazing overall. Our guide was fun, organised and really informative, which made such a difference throughout the day. The bus was semi-comfortable — the seats definitely looked more comfortable than they actually were once you sat in them — but the temperature on the bus was perfect the entire trip which was appreciated. The bikes we rode were extremely run down, but honestly that became part of the fun and gave everyone a laugh. Every stop had such a good atmosphere and getting out of the city into rural Vietnam is an absolute must. The scenery and natural beauty are breathtaking. The only major downside was the boat ride. The canoes were packed in like a highway on water, which really took away from the peaceful beauty of the lake and surroundings. You’re also sitting on those tiny hard seats for over an hour and by the end most of us were genuinely in pain. Once you’re uncomfortable for that long it definitely affects how much you can enjoy the experience around you. Still really glad we did it and would recommend seeing Ninh Binh — just be prepared for the boat portion.”
