We absolutely loved this morning your! Navdeep navigated us through the busy morning market and helped us feel part of the day their - flower throwing welcome, understanding all about what goes on and assisting us with sweet making using rose petals. He was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I recently encountered and experienced in Jaipur called the Great Exotic Flower Tour by No Footprints. I was the only one on the tour, and it felt like a personal immersion into Jaipur’s heartbeat. My guide, Navdeep, a bright young local, took me through the swirl of the flower market. Despite his youth, Navdeep had so much knowledge to share, he explained how flowers are woven into Jaipur’s essence, from its architecture and food to its rituals and celebrations. Each flower shop was alive with detail, men carefully writing their daily sales in registers, a simple but vital ritual keeping track of every sale. As we moved along, I saw fresh vegetable vendors, their stalls bursting with color, and women balancing heavy baskets on their heads, a daily strength so quietly powerful. In the middle of it all, a man was having his beard shaved, just a simple daily ritual, but it felt so intimate in the market’s energy. After the tour, I stopped at Govindam Sweets, where I savored a warm samosa, the famous Jaipur rasmalai, and even shaped laddoos by hand from their daily sweets. I ended the tour at Heena Agrima, a fashion textile workshop in Jaipur, where I learned how flowers are used for dyeing fabrics. I took part in a small workshop on a handkerchief, discovering how flowers can bring such chic and vibrant color to clothing. By the end of the tour, I was completely content, carrying a full heart from the entire morning’s experience.
We had a private tour with Bhavya starting in Jaipur Market and flower market. It is mainly about the flowers and what importance they have in Jaipur. Then seeing how flowers are connected to temples (temple visit) and used in foods (workshop in making small sweets with rose petals). We also visited a small factory of clothing. Here it is also about the flowers and how they are used as natural color for clothing. We could make a small sample of coloring with flowers ourselfs. The special thing about the shop ist that it is led by young women who studied design. They teached us the natural coloring process and that their clothing, "HeenaAgrima" is zero waste. They have a really nice small Boutique attached with unique pieces. As two woman travelling India we really enjoyed having our female guide Bhavya. Strong recommendation! :-)
