De dienst begint in de haven bij de aanlegsteiger van uw schip, de chauffeur heeft een bord met de naam van de persoon die heeft gereserveerd. Na de introducties brengt de chauffeur u naar het voertuig, een minibus van Mercedes Benz. Vanuit de haven ga je naar Florence, waar de chauffeur je na een korte stop in Piazzale Michelangelo om foto's te maken van het beste panorama van Florence, afzet op het centrale plein van de stad, vanwaar je genoeg tijd hebt om Florence, de kathedraal, het plein te bezoeken della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, enz. Voor vertrek vertrek je met de chauffeur de tijd en plaats van afhalen. de transfer van Livorno naar Florence duurt ongeveer anderhalf uur. Je wordt teruggebracht naar de haven en afgezet waar je 's ochtends werd opgehaald.

Walter curated our trip to exactly what we were looking for! I was traveling with my husband, kids and my parents. Great trip into Florence from Livorno! Everything was perfect! Driver on time in a beautiful van. This was a cruise shore excursion.
Gabrielle was prompt, knowledgeable about the area, and ver accommodating. I got sick through the winding roads and he was so kind and helpful. His van was immaculate. He even made an exception for us to be able to stay longer in Florence than initially contracted for extra Euro. This enabled us to keep out tickets to the Uffizi and explore the city a bit more.
Two of us have been to Tuscany multiple times and spent as much as a week at a time in the countryside, but for one it was a first time visit & for a physically fit person to travel with us older ones, a private tour is a must! Gabrielle, our guide was perfect. He told us all we wanted to know but did not over-do the talking. He was an excellent driver. We visited Pisa for a photo stop at the Tower and spent the balance of the day in Florence soaking in the arts and culture and eating the fabulous food! Gabrielle recommended a wonderful restaurant where we could indulge in wine pasta and meats and we older folks could linger over a coffee while the younger went shopping and sightseeing. Plan your own pace and places on a private tour.
Gabriele Benedetti was our driver and he made the whole process painless. Our cruise had a change of itinerary and he was promptly in touch with me to reschedule and also promptly answered my questions about the car accommodating my scooter. On the day he was clear in his instructions to us and met us promptly for the return trip. Five stars!!
Our guide Gabrielle was fantastic! He was accommodating and friendly to us. He brought us into Florence and told us where he would meet us so we would get back to the cruise ship on time. We had over four hours there. He gave us suggestions on to where to go and shop. He even took us through the Tuscany countryside to get there and we saw beautiful vineyards. Thanks for a great time!!!!

We mainly wanted someone to drive us from Livorno to Florence and back. Gabrielle was perfect! He told us lots about Florence before we arrived, took us to Piazzale Michelangelo and then dropped us where we wanted in city center. We explored on our own and when we were ready after lunch, he drove us back to the port. He is professional, on time, friendly and didn’t mind our 1 year old granddaughter who did have some moments of crying (it’s a long drive!)
Gabriele is one of best. He arrived at the port on time and was able to customize our trip as we wanted to see the leaning tower of Pisa. He is very knowledgeable about local attractions. We had a great time with Gabriele. Highly recommended.
