Geniet van de authentieke Noorse natuur ontdek een van de meest spectaculaire watervallen in heel Noorwegen. Tijdens de tocht naar de Langfoss waterval leren we de geschiedenis en lokale cultuur van het gebied kennen door middel van professionele gidsen. Deze excursie is bedoeld voor al die cruisepassagiers die aankomen in Haugesund. BELANGRIJK Deze tour kan worden gevarieerd, gewijzigd of verminderd als gevolg van overmacht, specifieke atmosferische verschijnselen, late aankomst van het schip of aankomst met enorme vertraging door passagiers. Het zal altijd gebeuren voor een goede voortgang van de excursie en onder de criteria van de toegewezen gids en onze goedkeuring. In ieder geval zal onze prioriteit altijd zijn om op tijd op het schip te zijn.

Langfoss is een spectaculaire 612 meter lange waterval in Åkrafjorden. Het is zo mooi dat CNN het in 2011 op hun lijst van de 10 mooiste watervallen ter wereld heeft opgenomen. Langfoss bevindt zich in een sprookjesachtig landschap, omringd door steile bergen en brede heuvels, en kleine boerderijen. Dit is de plek om de echte natuur in zijn geheel te ervaren. Een reis naar Langfoss is een must tijdens een bezoek aan Haugalandet. BELANGRIJK! Een week voor de tourdag sturen wij u een bericht met het definitieve schema van de tour. Haraldshaugen is een prachtig nationaal monument dat de eenwording van Noorwegen in één koninkrijk herdenkt. Het monument werd gebouwd in 1872 ter nagedachtenis aan de duizend jaar Noorse eenwording na de Slag om Hafrsfjord.
We maken een logistieke stop zodat u desgewenst een drankje of een hapje kunt nuttigen, met een goed uitzicht op de fjord.

We have done a number of tours in the last couple of years and can confidently say that Lily has been by far, the BEST TOUR GUIDE we have had. The love for her adoptive country shines though every interaction, every explanation, every story. Lily excelled in every single aspect of the tour. She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and funny. She went above and beyond to provide each person in her tour an experience that was memorable and rewarding. This was an unexpected delight because the guide Lilly talked the whole way and gave us a wonderful explanation of the local landscape and culture. Very informative and beautiful scenery though rainy.
First off, I took this tour through Viator; the tour operator picked us up and dropped us off at the cruise terminal on time. The bus driver was very kind and friendly. The high waterfall is the main attraction, but it is not really impressive, just my two cents. Since one can go only on one Excursion due to cruise related time constraints, I wish I would have gone on some other Excursion to explore some other attrections this port town has to offer.

Smooth tour, waterfall was beautiful! Bus was new. Tour guide was funny. Very close to waterfall and fjord.
Be prepared for wet weather. Can’t be helped but does spoil the experience as regards how long you want to stand in the rain. Lily was a fantastic guide, smart, funny & very informative. Definitely recommend this tour
Great tour. Convenient pickup and drop off. Tour was as advertised. No worries about getting back to ship. All on the full bus were from ship.
The scenery was magnificent and Lilly was an awesome guide. Prepare for the changes in weather. I would highly recommend this tour.

A very scenic drive to see the country side. Our guide Lily was terrific - very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The falls were impressive.
Bus trips can feel tedious. Not the case for us as our guide Lily enlightened us along the way about not only what we were seeing but also interesting insights into life in Norway. The waterfall itself was good to see as was the terrain there and back.
