Happy Tours Quad Safari Marmaris – Grootste Track

We arrived there and had to wait 30 minutes while they blasted terrible music, kept there in the heat so they could sell us all overpriced drinks to stay cool. Once we were finally on the quads it was okay, except for the fact that we were limited to about 5 miles per hour. Having to keep stopping and going was a pain, when you are on a quad you want to feel the wind in your face, instead all I felt was dust and someone giving my ear canal an enema with a garden hose, specifically targetting my head while we drove through mud. Once we were on the road it was equally as terrible, we were stuck behind a buggy with 2 children, and they too were going 10 miles per hour despite the fact there was about a 50 meter gap inbetween them and the buggy infront. The most fun was going through tiny puddles on the road which lasted about half a second each if that. Upon getting a break I was told off for parking next to my dad instead of behind him as if conversations are illegal here. Once we finally left i was once again stuck behind a pair of dumb kids and they somehow stalled an automatic, it boggles the mind how people, even if they are about 12, can do that. I was allowed to go past them and then i had the most fun of the entire trip, zooming for about 100 meters allowed to overtake the 2 brainlets who stalled their automatic buggy before getting stuck behind 2 other kids. In the 10 minute drive back to base, around .8 of a kilometer, I was exceptionally bored so on a corner I went full throttle and did a slight skid, not overtaking anyone but just having a modicum of fun, had a smile on my face till some lobotomite started speeding up from behind me to scold me for daring to have fun, doing the "I'm watching you" hand gesture while shouting at me. Not even 20 seconds after I got to watch one of the turks go on 2 wheels leaning on one side of their quad, double standards because we paying customers are not allowed to have fun. Honestly, just hire quadbikes for yourself instead of going here, atleast then you don't have some pillock telling you off for enjoying yourself for the first time in the entire trip, and you get to ride for longer, go anywhere you want and you are not limited to 10mph. This place blows.

On the trips I have been on with Happy tours, well all i can say is brilliant 👏 and I mean that, I don't write many reviews, but had to do one for this company. Emre is a star, so helpful and makes your trips so enjoyable, there is nothing to much trouble when communicating, always replies, and text's you when asked. Truly a diamond among rough, and well, try them and find out for yourselves, Amazing experience on all i did, and spoke to Emre. 🥰🥰

Went on the Safari Water Fight with my daughters and we had the best time! Non-stop laughs, epic water battles, and beautiful views. Huge thanks to Emre for sorting our tickets — super friendly and helpful. A fun, wild day we won’t forget!

The photos advertised for this excursion look amazing, but I have never been more disappointed in my entire life. It was my girlfriend’s first time on a quad bike and she was extremely excited about the experience but was left angry, frustrated and deflated by the end of it. I will tell you the experience… You will get on your quad bike and you will follow the instructor at the front of your 20 vehicle long SINGLE FILE LINE around a small dirt track. You will be riding at around 5 MILES AN HOUR for the entire excursion, unable to overtake or drop back from the person in front. If you drop back a few yards so you can pick up a bit of speed, you will be told to stay close. At first I thought this was just to get everyone comfortable with operating the vehicles but no….THAT IS THE ENTIRE EXCURSION. Every now and then while riding on this dirt track they will instruct you to drive through a puddle, some showers or one of the other instructors will skid in front of you kicking up a cloud of dust so they can catfish an action photo of you to sell to you at the end. You will then drive along a quiet road sight seeing all the safari wildlife Turkey has to offer such as chickens and dogs while the staff pretty much rub it in your face by flying past you, doing the exact thing you thought you were paying £30 each to do. You will then end up at a little wooded area where there are hose pipes built into the ground and the staff will awkwardly tell you to pick up the hoses and have a water fight, which no one did. I can honestly say that I have had more adrenaline running through my body scrubbing skid marks off the bowl in a public toilet. We took this opportunity to share our disappointment with the group behind us who were also incredibly underwhelmed. You will then head back to the start and once you have parked up they will direct you to have a look at the catfished photos they have taken of you where they’ve made the entire experience look amazing. Of course they will try to sell you these photos for the same price as you paid to hire the quad bike in the first place because us Brits have “rip me off, I sh*t money” written across our forehead. Of course if you politely decline after viewing the photos, they will throw a tantrum, storm off and blatantly slag you off in their own language. They also try and sell you glasses and bandanas to put over your nose and mouth at the beginning of the excursion for £5 each which of course they “highly recommend” so you can enjoy this exhilarating and action packed adventure to its full potential! Not only does it look good for the cameras, but you can easily hide the disappointment on your face in the photos they take of you, on the off chance you buy any (for this excursion it was the equivalent of wearing goggles in the bath tub) Overall the best way I can describe it was it was literally like being on a year 6 school trip. If you’re a family with small children you all may find some enjoyment in it but if you’re a couple or group of friends looking for some excitement, you will not get it here. To be honest, I would be embarrassed if I ran this excursion in the manner it was. Hire a jet ski or hire a quad bike to use on the road instead. Unbelievably poor, extremely disappointed.
