Onder leiding van lokale studenten die gepassioneerd zijn over het delen van hun kennis en liefde voor Hanoi met bezoekers, loop je door de smalle straatjes van de oude wijk terwijl je gids je meeneemt op een reis door de tijd en verhalen deelt over het verleden en heden van de stad. U krijgt de gelegenheid om historische bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken, zoals het Hoan Kiem-meer en de Ngoc Son-tempel, en om de lokale markten en winkels te verkennen. Je gids laat je ook kennismaken met de traditionele Vietnamese keuken en beveelt het beste straatvoedsel en lokale restaurants aan. Door onze tour te kiezen, heb je niet alleen een onvergetelijke en persoonlijke ervaring, maar steun je ook het onderwijs en de toekomst van onze lokale studenten. OPMERKING: - Houd er rekening mee dat u geen tanktops en/of korte broeken (boven de knie) mag dragen bij het betreden van spirituele attracties zoals pagodes, tempels, de Tempel van de Literatuur, het Ho Chi Minh-complex, enz. - Openingstijd van het Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum: alleen 's ochtends van 7.30 - 11.00 uur

Onze gids haalt je op bij je hotel of ontmoetingspunt en dan beginnen we onze Hanoi Old Quarter Walking Tour. De eerste bestemming van de tour stopt bij het Hoan Kiem-meer, dat wordt beschouwd als het hart van Hanoi. U kunt veel lokale bewoners interessante activiteiten observeren, zoals badminton spelen, oefeningen doen, enz.
Daarna gaan we naar Ancient House. Ancient House ligt in een rustige straat in de buurt van Silver Street en trekt veel toeristen aan vanwege de oude maar verfijnde charme van een traditioneel Vietnamees huis.
Het gemeentelijke huis Hanoitimes - Kim Ngan (nr. 42 Hang Bac, Hanoi) is een oude architecturale en religieuze structuur gebouwd tijdens de Le dynastie. Medio 2011 werd het gemeenschapshuis van Kim Ngan een culturele en uitvoerende kunstlocatie toen het werd gekozen als een ontmoetingsplaats voor liefhebbers van ca tru-zingen. Opmerking: optioneel
Thang Long Water Puppet is een laatste site die we zullen bezoeken. Traditionele legendes en historische verhalen behoren tot de betoverende poppenspelen die in dit populaire theater worden opgevoerd. Openingstijden: 15.00 - 20.00 uur (dagelijks) Prijs: 100.000 - 200.000 (afhankelijk van uw stoel)

We booked a guided tour of the old town. Gracey and another student came to pick us up at the hotel then guided us to several points in the city, with explanations and very fluent English
It was my last day in the city and the student guide was super sweet. We went to the Temple of Literature and around Hanoi. My guide, Joy, was well-informed. I learnt a lot about Vietnamese culture, history and people. I had the best time and would definitely recommend this to anyone who is visiting the capital.

I went with my son on our first day in Vietnam. We totally loved the tour / walk through the old quarter. Harley and Giang were extremely nice and adaptive to the needs for walking with a child. We not only learned many amazingly interesting fact but also some tiny basics about the language and habits. The students don’t get paid for their touring but rather do it for the English learning experience. The more I find it amazing with how much tender and engagement Harley and Giang guided us. There were 2 students accompanying my daughter and me. Since our English isn't great, we had warned them, and they were patient, attentive, kind, and adapted their vocabulary so that we could understand and really interact... It was a beautiful afternoon Thanks again to them

The tour was fantastic, both my friend and I have promptly fallen in love with Nhung (Hong Nhungh Khanh) and her son Kheiñ who were the best guides. She catered to our request for a different tour and made a plan in just one day and took us around local neighbourhoods and shared the most amazing stories. We then went to the HCM Museum where we discovered that she’s an amazing history tutor too. Cannot recommend her and the tour enough. I feel the best of tour guides end up becoming your friends and the fact that she is mine right now attests to the quality of the tour and how amazing she is as a person. Please go. The tour is free and you can even customise the plan by texting your guide beforehand. We were lucky to have gotten her!
