Op onze Secret Food Tour: Hanoi, proef je vele lokale gerechten van kleine pannenkoeken, gegrild varkensvlees, verse papajasalades met rundvlees, tot een grote kom Noodle soep. We spoelen alles weg met een slok Vietnamese koffie en verfrissend sap om nooit te vergeten. U verkent onze culinaire wereld en ervaart het lokale leven, tot u het meer bereikt dat in het hart van onze hoofdstad ligt, en enkele oude huizen ziet waar u uw horizon zult verbreden. En vergeet ook onze Secret Dish niet!

Laten we onszelf voorstellen en een beetje geschiedenis van Hanoi leren voor het eten. Vlak naast dit plein gaan we een eerste restaurant bezoeken.
We stappen een schattig straatje vol leuke gelegenheden binnen en gaan voor ons tweede en derde gerecht op de favoriete locatie van een local.
Tijd voor wat coole foto's, hier lopen we rond en kijken wat de meerderheid van de toeristen meestal geweldig vindt aan Hanoi.
We ontdekken het verband tussen eten en de lokale cultuur, proeven van enkele van de beroemdste lokale gerechten en maken ons klaar voor meer en meer, dichter bij de oude wijk.
We zullen proeven van wat mensen echt in dit gebied heeft doen samenkomen en een 4000 jaar oude stad hebben gecreëerd, voordat we meer lokale delicatessen proberen en zien wat onze Secret Dish is in Hanoi.
Direct na ons heerlijke dessert en nog wat eten, praten we een wandeling en sluiten we deze smaakvolle reis af midden in de fascinerende oude wijk van Hanoi.

Alex was a great guide who took us to all local spots that I never thought existed/would not go alone. Additionally tried so many different foods, snacks and drinks that I was stuffed. Definitely coming on an empty stomach next time

Jenny was great and accommodating to our needs. We originally booked a tour for 3 of us but unfortunately two in our party were not feeling well and returned to the hotel after the first stop. Jenny understood and group turned into a private tour for two. We visited over 8 different locations and tried some incredible local dishes. I will say the details and history behind every dish was a plus. We also walked through the neighborhoods where Jenny shared the history of her neighborhood and where she was raised as we continued our journey. While all the dishes were great, I will say the egg coffee was beyond a what I expected and incredibly delicious. The dessert surprise stop was over the top. Jenny provided me with two take away desserts for the rest of my party to enjoy once I returned to my hotel. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. 😋
