Het werd voor het eerst uitgevonden in 1946 en is een delicatesse van opgeklopt eigeel met suiker en gecondenseerde melk voor de zoetheid, en slechts een druppel azijn om de eieren los te maken. Dit wordt op een shot espresso gedreven en bestrooid met cacaopoeder. Het eindresultaat is een koffie-ervaring als geen ander, en een smaak en textuur die doet denken aan tiramisu. Of we kunnen genieten van een heerlijk mango- en karamelpuddingdessert dat populair is bij de lokale bevolking.

We did the half day Countryside Jeep tour. We enjoyed it, especially getting up close with a rice field but we only got to see the citadel from the outside as we sat drinking juice. We enjoyed what we saw but I'd rather have actually visited the citadel and skipped the broom factory.
