Begin onze tour met Phở gà, beroemd om zijn smaakvolle mix droge kip pho. Met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring is het recept van het restaurant een lokale schat, het mengen van malse kip met een smaakvolle speciale saus.
Geniet vervolgens van glazen noedels met knapperige gefrituurde paling. De glasnoedels zijn een heerlijke basis voor de rijke, hartige bouillon, urenlang gesudderd van verse paling en botten. Wist je dat paling niet alleen heerlijk is maar ook boordevol voedingsstoffen?

It was our last day in Hanoi and the last day of our Vietnam vacation and it couldn't have ended any better. The food was exceptional and all the places we went to were in walking distance from each other. Our Tourguide Cya was also such a sweetheart. She was very talkative and knowledgeable and she showed us some local temples and sights on top of all the restaurants. It truly was the perfect ending to an unforgettable vacation. 100 out of 10!
We were guided by Rose who's very energetic and enthusiastic. There's no language barrier at all as she speaks English and was also able to do translations when needed. The fee is very reasonable as we ate to very satisfying destinations which are Michelin selected.
Rose was an absolutely wonderful guide! She gave us an exemplary tour around Hanoi’s Old Quarter, taking us to some amazing Michelin-rated food spots that we would have never discovered on our own. She was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We especially appreciated how she shared interesting stories and insights about Hanoi while making sure we got to try authentic and delicious local food.
