Deze workshop wordt geleid door echte koffiedeskundigen : • Een gecertificeerde trainer die hoofdbarista's heeft gecoacht bij 5-sterren hotels en restaurants. • De oprichter van Sử Quán Roastery, toegewijd aan het behoud van de onuitgesproken verhalen van Vietnamese koffie. • Een gepassioneerde koffieliefhebber die graag de schoonheid en diversiteit van Vietnams brouwsels deelt. Gehost in een Indochine-stijl villa weggestopt in een rustige verborgen steeg, deze ervaring combineert cultuur, ambacht en verbinding. Wat u zult ervaren : • Ontdek minder bekende verhalen achter Vietnams koffie-erfgoed. • Geniet van een volledig hands-on sessie en leer 6 iconische Vietnamese koffies brouwen. Een zacht deel van deze workshop ondersteunt ook het onderwijs van kinderen op onze Da Lat koffieboerderij, waar gezinnen al generaties lang voor hun land zorgen. LET OP : We zullen genieten van veel koffie, dus het is het beste om een lichte maaltijd vooraf!

Amazing coffee and Vietnamese liquor tasting experience in Vietnam. A perfect blend of culture, flavors, and storytelling. The coffee tasting was excellent, with each cup offering something unique, while the liquor tasting was a fun way to explore local spirits and traditions. The hosts were knowledgeable, engaging, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend—worth every penny and a great way to experience Vietnamese culture.

We had such a great time at the Hanoi Coffee Experience! Our instructor, PA, was hilarious, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the class fun while teaching us about Vietnamese coffee culture and how to make each drink. Communication before the class was excellent, and afterward they emailed us all of the recipes so we can recreate the coffees at home, which was a wonderful bonus. We were the only two people who booked the afternoon session, so it ended up being a private class. That made the experience even more personal and gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get hands-on practice. If you're visiting Hanoi and love coffee (or just want to try something unique), I highly recommend this experience! Also, eat beforehand - the coffee and drinks are strong ☕️

Piey was amazing and I got to have a private session being the only one in the session. We chatted, she showed me many drinks, and we got to have a great time together. I'm really glad I signed up and highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in coffee or Vietnam's culture. I can't wait to make my own coffee at home for my family and friends!
My husband and I came for coffee tasting. Mark was really fun and had good knowledge of coffee. A different experience to what we have done before, really enjoyed it. Would recommend!
Terrific insight to Vietnamese coffee culture and different types of drinks. Very worthwhile, Pa was a very helpful instructor and all the drinks were delicious. It’s a lot of caffeine though so you can skip your morning coffee before you come.

Mark and Colin did a great job teaching and entertaining us with coffee. Was excited to learn how to make coconut coffee and egg coffee and was not disappointed! The rest is a bonus. Highly recommended, particularly if you like coffee or want to learn great recipes like I did. They even sent through the link with recipes from the event, making it even easier for taking home.
