De boomtoppenpaden van het Selvatura Park bieden de beste manier om veilig de wolkenwoudluifel in je eigen tempo te bewonderen. Wandelend door onze bruggen, hebben onze bezoekers de mogelijkheid om een grote verscheidenheid aan flora en fauna van Monteverde te waarderen en de endemische biodiversiteit van het nevelwoud te observeren die nergens anders ter wereld te vinden is. De boomtoppen bieden het beste uitkijkpunt om de schoonheid van het nevelwoud in al zijn niveaus te observeren.

De boomtop-loopbruggen-tour bestaat uit 3 km lange paden, waarin onze bezoekers acht bruggen van verschillende lengtes tegenkomen die tussen 170 voet en 560 voet variëren. Elke brug heeft een breedte van 5 voet en de grootste capaciteit in Costa Rica van maximaal 80 mensen per brug, waardoor de boomtoppen in het Selvatura Park niet alleen het langste brugsysteem in Costa Rica zijn, maar ook de veiligste en sterkste. Bovendien zijn de Treetop Walkways-ontwerpen van Selvatura Park de enige die zijn ingediend en goedgekeurd door het College of Architects and Engineers of Costa Rica, die ervoor zorgt dat ze zijn gebouwd volgens de beste bouwnormen voor constructie en materialen voor hun doel en dus bieden de best beschikbare kwaliteit. De boomtoppen kunnen worden genoten door mensen van alle leeftijden en fysieke omstandigheden.

We had a friendly guide who spoke English well and took his time. The tour was supposed to last 2 hours, but lasted half an hour longer because he told all kinds of things and tried to find the quetzal

We had a fantastic time on the hanging bridges tour with our terrific tour guide, Juan Carlos Solano. He was so interesting, informative, nice and a pleasure to listen to, plus he has such an interesting personal connection to the history and environment. The tour was much easier to traverse than I expected. The forest is so dense and filled with nature, and his contribution to the experience makes your experience totally immersive. Huge thumbs up!
Truly amazing views above the tree canopies. We were able to capture sights of birds and monkeys aswell as lots of different species of trees. A lovely day out !...

The hanging bridges were a great way to see the cloud forest - the walk is suitable for people with minimal fitness. We saw lots of birds and plants. We also had a close encounter with howler monkeys - our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. He was very considerate of walking at a pace that suited us. A great experience 😎

Would probably not pay for a guide. Great experience walking across bridges and would going early morning to see wildlife

Stephen was an awesome guide. We learned a lot about the flora and fauna on the various canopies is the cloud forest. He spotted animals for us and shared his telescope for viewing and photographs. Altogether fantastic tour!

The cloud forest is beautiful, and our guide, Jason, wonderful and knowledgeable. We didn’t see much wildlife, but the scenery was well worth the visit.

Very patient and knowledgeable. The hike was ling about 3km but totally worth it. Just wish we saw more wildlife.
