Dompel jezelf onder in de smaak van Brighton, al tientallen jaren beroemd om de donuts aan zee op de pier. Vind de verborgen pareltjes van de stad terwijl je vanaf het vrijgevochten Glazed, onze eerste stop, naar de kust wandelt en onderweg de must-see bezienswaardigheden bezoekt. Dwaal door het Boheemse North Laine, vol met onafhankelijke winkels, restaurants en levendige muurschilderingen, terwijl je de oorsprong van de favoriete kuststad van het land ontdekt. Verdwaal in de labyrintische steegjes, proef lekkernijen van lokale bakkerijen en noteer plaatsen om naar terug te keren met aanbevelingen van onze lokale, enthousiaste gidsen. We lopen langs de Sint-Pieterskerk en geven er een korte geschiedenis van.
North Laine heeft een levendige, bohemien sfeer met vegetarische cafés, vintage kledingwinkels en juwelierskraampjes rond de drukke voetgangersstraat Kensington Gardens.
Leuke buurtwinkels, pubs, restaurants en diverse boetiekjes. We lopen er doorheen en stoppen onderweg.
De Brighton Dome is een kunstlocatie in Brighton, Engeland, met de Concert Hall, de Corn Exchange en het Studio Theatre.
Het Royal Pavilion en de omliggende tuinen, ook wel bekend als het Brighton Pavilion, is een monumentale voormalige koninklijke residentie in Brighton, Engeland.
Een kunstinstallatie in de buurt van de Brighton Palace Pier die er toevallig ook uitziet als een donut.
Geopend in 1899 en de thuisbasis van kermisattracties, bars, restaurants en ligstoelen om van het uitzicht op zee te genieten.

Alex was the best! She was so nice and knowledgeable about the history of Brighton. The donuts were so delicious! We would highly recommend for Brighton visitors!
Our walk through the Brighton Lanes with Alex (tour guide) was delightful. Alex was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The surprise visit to Bird Blend tea shop was an excellent addition to wash down the donuts. We all had a great time.

Had a great time on this tour, got to try some great donuts and tea! Both of which I will be happy to find again in the future. I even learnt some information about Brighton that I didn't know, and I've lived here for 38 years haha!

Had an amazing time with our guide Alex! Loved the donuts and learning about the history of Brighton. If I'm in the area again, I will make sure to grab a donut again and enjoy some ot the amazing tea we tried on the tour. Can absolutely recommend, unless you're on a diet, go for it!

I grew up in Brighton but wanted to see what this was like, I learnt so much about Brighton. Alex our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable of Brightons history. Donuts were all incredible aswell as the tea stop. Highly recommend booking.

What a fun way to enjoy and rediscover parts of the city! Joe was a super friendly, approachable and knowledgeable tour guide, and we learned a lot about Brighton that we didn't know (despite living here!). The doughnut stops were great, with each place bringing something different to the table. The tea stop at Bird & Blend also provided an opportunity to try something totally different to normal, and explore lots of interesting flavours. Luckily, the sun was also on our side so it made for a nice, leisurely two hour tour. Thank you, Joe!!

Joe was such a lovely, knowledgable tour guide and we really enjoyed our time! Particularly loved the time spent in bird & blend - we didn’t realise it was part of the tour but I’ve always wanted free rein to sample them all!!

Enjoyable walking tour of Brighton. Alex was friendly and informative as our guide (and informal group photographer) and shared lots of snippets of local history as we wandered the lanes. For me the highlight was the stop at Bird and Blend tea shop where we got to sample and sniff their absolute myriad of flavoured teas. Doughnuts were great, for me the hot cinnamon sugar one on the pier was pinnacle Brighton. Wear comfy shoes as I reckon I got in about 8k steps!
