Verken Hallstatt in de Alpenregio Salzkammergut tijdens een tour van een halve dag per bus, vertrekkend vanuit Salzburg. De 5,5 uur durende tour bezoekt het historische dorp Hallstatt voor serene wandelingen langs het meer. Leer van een Gids over de historische details van de regio terwijl u door het pittoreske dorpje slentert en langs het meer van Gosau loopt om te genieten van de rust en het uitzicht op het Dachsteingebergte.

Op weg van Salzburg naar Hallstatt passeer je schilderachtige dorpjes zoals Fuschl.
Breng 2,5 uur door in Hallstatt, wandel rond met een koffiepauze, bezoek de musea of geniet gewoon van een adembenemend uitzicht op het meer en de omliggende bergen,
Facultatief : Maak een wandeling langs het meer of huur een elektrische boot en maak een boottocht op het Hallstattmeer.
Optioneel: een must-see attractie is het Bone House, dat je een interessante kijk geeft op het lokale gezinsleven (entree niet inbegrepen).
Passeer Russbach.
Ga door het dorp Abtenau op de terugweg naar Salzburg.

It was simple ride and nice to explore early in the morning before the crowd! Two hours at Hallstatt was plenty of time.

Fantastic trip with Jose! The trip to Hallstatt was one I will never forget! The scenery on the way was absolutely beautiful and when we got there it was perfect timing as it was relatively quiet so managed to get a few nice photos without the crowds. It was a little on the pricier side for a bus trip however it did make things so much easier as we had over 2 and a half hours there which we felt was more than enough and the bus also dropped us right in the town. It was a boiling hot day, mid 30’s and there was enough shade and a lovely restaurant close to the bus terminal. Jose was our guide on the trip and he was so funny and was lovely. Towards the end of the trip he went around everyone and asked how everything was and if he could give any recommendations for when we got back to Salzburg, he did that with everyone! What a lovely gentleman! Would recommend this trip! Thank you Jose!

The trip to and from on the bus was well organised and the guide was interesting but because the sky walk and salt mines were closed there was little to do once you got to Hallstatt. It was also extremely busy
Our guide Susie was more focused on what she and the company needed from us than the fun things we could do while in Hallstatt. The description doesn’t say that there really isn’t time to go do much at all (the mines or a boat tour), and it implied the sky platform might be open by now but it wasn’t. Our guide wasn’t a very good English speaker but lead the English tour. For the first part, she spoke in English and German and got very confused. It was difficult to get any information necessary except when to return to the bus and why we needed to do that for the bus company. Overall, way too expensive for what we got out of the tour. Hallstatt is beautiful and worth seeing - just via a different method

Richard was a great guide. Knowledgeable, fun, and friendly. Hallstatt was picture card perfect. Unbelievable. Pictures don't do it justice. They have to limit the number of busses due to its popularity. It lived up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful towns in the world. We had just over 2 hours in town was the right amount of time to shop, wander the streets, and get back to the bus. The bus ride from Salzburg was about 1.25 hours and was great as well as you looked at the beautiful scenery and little towns. Well worth it!

Well organised and takes the trouble out of trying to find your own way to Hallstatt from Salzburg. You spend enough time there to have a good wonder.. make sure you have cash for some of the restaurants although there is an ATM in the central square. Beautiful views
