Tijdens deze tour krijg je de kans om te begrijpen hoe koffie wordt verbouwd, leer je over de verschillende koffiezetprocessen en proef je ten minste een paar gerenommeerde koffiemerken van Fairview. De tijd doorgebracht op de koffieboerderij is ongeveer 3 uur; Er wordt 1 uur heen en 1 uur terug gereisd.

Je wordt om 8.30 uur OF 12.30 uur opgehaald bij je hotel, gastgezin of residentie en begint aan de rit naar de koffieboerderij Fairview. De ophaaltijd hangt soms af van de locatie waar u verblijft. Daarna begint u aan de rit naar de Fairview-koffieboerderij. Bij aankomst krijgt u van het professionele personeel de geschiedenis van de boerderij te zien. De tweede fase is een bezoek aan de koffiefabriek en hier leer je over koffieverwerking en alle fasen die dit met zich meebrengt. De derde fase is een bezoek aan het koffielab waar het branden wordt gedaan. Hier kunt u ook de koffie proeven en kunt u ook koffie kopen om mee naar huis te nemen. Later ga je naar de tuin waar je koffie, koekjes krijgt en er is ook melk die je kunt toevoegen. Het is een tour die je niet mag missen in Nairobi. Later wordt u afgezet bij uw hotel, wat het einde van de tour markeert.

This is a beautiful quiet tour. The farm is pristine and the tour is so interesting. You get to see all of the steps in producing a single estate coffee. Our guide, Raymond, was excellent, engaging and informative.

The tour of this coffee farm (Fairview Estate) was a great experience. Anna the guide was very informative and really friendly. She shared tons of details and experiences about growing coffee while on the tour of the facility. We were able to see all the parts from early plants, current plants in production, picking, sorting, etc. Then we were able to taste the wonderful different roasts. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who likes coffee.

Great tour for all coffee lovers. Our driver (Black Santa) was prompt and courteous and got us to Fairview with plenty of time to spare so we could take a walk around the gardens before the tour began. We had the wonderful Irene as our guide. Her passion and knowledge was incredible and she made the tour fun. Highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants to know more about the coffee lifecycle.
