Wasn't really worth it. You get through quickly. Run over the glass once. The queue was a little too long for that.
The pick-up location was not clear to us. The guide came to pick us up after we called him. He showed us Dubai well and safely and dropped us off at the Frame where we received the entrance tickets from him as agreed. In short, highly recommended for those who want to experience a first impression of Dubai.
Excellent communication from Abul from before the trip. Collected from my hotel promptly. The guidance was also very good. Plenty of photo opportunities as well. Will recommend it to anyone who want a quick snapshot tour of the city.
Wow it was a great experience. I went with friends we enjay a lot specially staff, guide are kind polite and very helpful. Top of frame amazing scarry glass it's wass nice experience hope if I get chance I will visit again
Unfortunately for us this was not a great experience. Poor communication from the organisation Baisan tours nothing to do with language. We booked this tour 24hrs in advance. After contacting them the night before to confirm pick up we were told to stay at our hotel and they will arrive to pick us up between 9.30-10am. 10.15 I contacted them and was told to get a taxi to the Marina 5 minutes away! Our taxi ride was 30 minutes and extra cost for us. Of course we missed seeing the Marina and was squashed in 2 small seats with little leg room. The tour highlight was the frame of Dubai with tickets included. This we did not get to go to ( just photo) because of lack of time! Extremely poor organisation, shonky tour guide ( wasted time taking us to a hard sell handmade tapestry place) Definitely would not recommend this tour!
Our guide was very good at explaining the history of Dubai. Great personality and well explained. His driving skills were exceptional great and his knowledge of Dubai and the different venues was outstanding
I booked the city tour with the Dubai frame included. The tour was really great and a good insight into the city and some wonderful photo stops including the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah beach and I would highly recommend this trip. I have to give great praise to the tour guide Mr Abdul Rehman who was so informative and he has great knowledge of Dubai in the past and the present and was happy to give advice of the city and he is a real gem and it was a real pleasure to be with him on the tour a true gentleman and a great asset to the company keep up the great work.
The tour guide Abdul was excellent. He was very nice and informative. However, I did not like the tour itself. We stopped at 3-4 beaches, which seemed like a waste of time. It was not what I expected at all. I feel like the tour missed the mark on what a sightseeing tour should be. I also thought Trip Advisor did a horrible job with communication. I had to reach out to them to find out the tour details. I feel like when you book something and pay your money someone should contact you to provide details such as pickup, etc. The best part of this tour was the Frame. Unfortunately, I had an issue with that as well. I was sent 2 barcodes via WhatsApp, but there were 3 people in my party. I asked the tour guide and he assured me I would be able to get in with what I had. But once again, that was not the case. We got there only to be told I needed 3 barcodes. I didn’t have Wi-Fi so I couldn’t contact anyone. I had to beg the guard at the Frame to let me in so I could get Wi-Fi so I could contact the guy to send me another barcode. After several minutes I was able to reach the guy who then sent me another barcode, no apology given for my inconvenience. I do not think this tour is worth the time or money.
Respected Guest, It was not clear to us where you will come for pickup but we organised your last minute request to arrange your pickup at your hotel. For the Barcodes misunderstanding we appologise you for the inconvienience, but in todays modern world when internet has gone so affordable and in dubai offers start for AED 3 a whole day, its always better to stay connected. AS tickets are dated tickets and provided on day. And its best part is affordable price deal with covering so Land marks and places to photo stop and sight seen with a DTCM govt approved tour guide and including frame tickets is best deal in town. Dubai Sight seens, you may like some places and you may dislike some places, but others may like those places and its sharing predesigned tour with a definite time period. But we have taken your feedback and has requested team to look in to matter and take steps to avoid such inconvienience.
The tour with Abdul Rahman -1/2 day exceeded our expectations as we met some interesting people on the tour and the places visited were varied and well explained. The ticket for Dubai frame almost included for free in the price. I would highly recommend Baisan Tours as a tour company.
