Neem deel aan een rondleiding door een oesterkwekerij en breng daarna een bezoek aan onze favoriete chocolatier!
Tijd voor kleine bordjes met een aantal van onze favoriete gerechten. Bezoek dan onze favoriete winkels en apotheken of vervang het winkelen door een ander bezoek aan een wijnmakerij!
Tijd voor een wandeltocht door Greenport, waarbij u meer leert over de geschiedenis van North Fork, een bezoek brengt aan het maritiem museum en kunt shoppen.

Working with Eric was seamless from start to finish. He’s professional, friendly, and truly looks out for his guests. Eric meticulously planned an incredible oyster farm tour where we learned the process firsthand and enjoyed the freshest farm-to-table oysters. It was the highlight that set the tone for a perfect day. He made my friend’s bachelorette weekend an absolute hit, made me look like a fabulous hero, and even helped capture great group photos throughout the day. As a passionate local and true North Fork insider, Eric curated the best of the region with beautiful wineries, hidden gems, local bites, and special surprises like Bobby Flay’s world-famous meatballs. From flowers and chocolates to cider donuts and amazing wines, every stop felt thoughtfully chosen. The experience was not only unforgettable but also an amazing value for everything included. If you want to see North Fork at its best, this is the guy you want to go with. Highly recommend!

The tour was an excellent experience. The stops during the tour had good food and wine with a fun atmosphere. The guide, Eric, was incredible. He provided us with a wealth of knowledge about North Fork while keeping us entertained. Eric was accommodating and flexible with our timing. He customized the experience to fit our interests. Highly recommend this tour! You will not regret it!!

We had an amazing day touring the North Fork with Eric! He has such a genuine connection to the area and a great mix of local insight and history — from British influences and stories about Einstein to how the East End’s food and wine scene has evolved over the years. Even after visiting the North Fork for years, I learned so much I’d never heard before. You can tell he’s well-loved in the community — all the businesses at the stops knew him and treated us like friends. The tour felt personal, relaxed, and full of fun surprises. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a great time yesterday with “Ricky” Eric exploring the North Fork. He made the best itinerary for us to see and experience a little bit of everything. We were picked up on time and told exactly what to expect for the day based on our preferences. We felt like Queens at every location being a part of North Fork Sights Bites and Flights. What an advantage to be taken around by a local! All reservations were made we didn’t have to wait for anything, felt like we had a fast pass at Disney! Highly recommend for anyone coming out to Long Island’s North Fork.
