8.30 - 9.00 uur: Je wordt opgehaald bij het hotel in Hanoi Old Quater / Opera House om Halong Bay te verlaten Onze reis volgt de snelweg Hanoi – Haiphong-Tuan Chau (ongeveer 2,5 uur rijden). Houd er rekening mee dat u een pauze krijgt voordat u naar de haven gaat als u vroeg aankomt, omdat de boot pas rond 12.00 uur beschikbaar is.
12:00: Aankomst in de haven, stap op de boot om de excursie te beginnen en de schoonheid van het werelderfgoed te ontdekken 12:30: Geniet van een lunch op de boot met vele bijzondere gerechten van Halong. Tijdens de lunch kunt u allemaal het prachtige landschap van de baai zien.

- Niet aanbevolen voor reizigers met een slechte cardiovasculaire gezondheid
- Geschikt voor alle condities
- Ha Long Bay is zo mooi en het is elke dag druk, vooral in de zomer en in het weekend
- Volg het beleid van Halong baai administratie over het milieu, ze staan niet toe om plastic flessen water naar de boot te brengen & plekken te bezoeken. Maar toeristen kunnen multi-use fles/glazen fles/ thermosfles brengen...Of je kunt je plastic waterfles in je tas laten om de poort te passeren!
- Soms zie je vuilnis op Ha Long Bay als gevolg van veranderingen in stromend water en getijden, vuilnis van andere plaatsen komen naar Ha Long Bay. Overheid, lokale mensen, reisorganisaties... doen hun best om Ha Long Bay op te ruimen.
- Fooi geven is geheel optioneel. Je bent niet verplicht om een fooi te geven, zelfs niet als de lokale bevolking ernaar vraagt. Wij geven dit advies om ongemakken te voorkomen.
- Omdat dit een groepsreis is, is er één halte per enkele reis bij een lokale winkel. Voel je vrij om iets te kopen, een kopje koffie te pakken, of gewoon gebruik maken van de gratis toiletten en strek je benen. Deze stops horen bij het vastgestelde schema, dus ik waardeer uw geduld.

It was an excellent experience as we had a wonderful guide Nam with us throughout the day. From start to finish, he took good care of us and helped us. The tour was well managed and it's a credit managing people from various countries together. Great work!

Beautiful scenery and jammed pack with activities! The only complaint I have is that there were too many people at all of the sites. It was very crowded, especially with the kayaking and bamboo boat experience. Our guide, Nam, was the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and joyful! Overall a great trip aside from the crowds.

Nam the guide we had was funny and engaging, the bus was clean and the aircon was amazing in the humid heat. We had enough time at each stop and thr group size was a not too big which was nice! The tour was well priced for what you get and the sailing boat/yacht was beautiful! Definitely enjoyed the spa on the back of the middle deck! Highly recommended this tour and Nam for anyone wanting to go to Ha Long Bay.

We had a wonderful guide and Vietnam was beautiful. What was extremely disappointing was the party at the end on the cruise. There was rap music with a lot of with cursing and descriptions of sexual activity. Maybe this was not the norm but it was there for our experience. The recourse we had was to move to a lower level of the boat which is what happened. To the extent possible I would vet the music being played if there children around. We were not the only family.

Extraordinary experience! The Area around the bay is very beautiful. The Bus was good i would say. The Lunch on the Boat was good overall. The vietnamese cuisine is very tasty but as a european i would recommend not to eat the european part of the menu (e.g. french fries). The places we visited were insanely beautiful but very very crowded. Especially the cave and the bathing place. I would also recommend to buy your softdrinks a the little stands around the area. It's often cheaper (25k) then on the boat (40k). The evening meal is nothing special. They'll serve some fruits and cold tea, crab chips and buscuits. Over all i would say the tour is absolutely worth the price and the experience. I would recommend doing it for the beauty of the nature. I have to say you have only a little bit of time for all of the activities but it's doable if you don't stop every 3m to take a photo. Tip: you can't bring plastic water bottles to the boat to protect the environment but cans are allowed (weird rule)
