- Dingen om mee te nemen: Paraplu/hoed, overhemden (bescherm huid in de hete zomer en felle zon, schoenen/sandalen/slippers, zwemkleding, handdoeken, kleingeld, zonnebril, zonnebrandcrème, camera, klein water (glazen waterfles/thermosfleswater fles), snacks, regenjassen, insectenspray... Jassen (in de winter).
- 8.00 - 8.30 uur: ophalen bij hotels in de oude wijk van Hanoi (tijd om op te halen, afhankelijk van uw hotellocaties...). Als klanten niet in de oude wijk van Hanoi verblijven, kom dan vóór 08.30 uur naar het operagebouw van Hanoi, Trang Tien-straat 01 om op de bus te stappen.

- Geef geen fooi als daarom wordt gevraagd door lokale mensen, we kunnen ze niet tegenhouden maar waarschuwen onze toerist)
- Ha Long Bay is zo mooi en het is er elke dag druk, vooral in de zomer en in het weekend -> het is vaak overvol door Vietnamese toeristen in de zomer. Maar we zijn de kleinste groepsreis in de baai van Halong
- Soms zie je afval op Ha Long Bay als gevolg van veranderingen in stromend water en getijden, afval van andere plaatsen komt naar Ha Long Bay. Overheid, lokale bevolking, reisorganisaties... doen hun best om Ha Long Bay schoon te maken.
- Voor de beste reis hebben we uw medewerking nodig. Vertel ons alstublieft alle problemen, vragen als u die heeft. Onze gids staat altijd voor je klaar.

Booked with availability showing. Received confirmation of booking. Following day they cancelled offering new date a week ahead - have gone by then. NOT RELIABLE. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Wow! breathtaking. We were treated with little care in a sumptuous setting. The boat is great and the time of the stay, we feel out of time!
The ship is old and falling apart. No Wi-Fi No heat , heaters were broken, it was very cold I don’t like communal dining Other than our guide no one spoke English

Our guide was very kind and had lots to share if you listened. He took genuine interest in our excitement/ photos and was patient enough to review the schedule multiple times. We spent two days/ one night onboard in Halong bay. We visited the Titop Island, amazing cave, joined cooking lessons before dinner and did the kayaking in the morning. Overall, the trip was great worth for money we’ve paid for. Especial thanks to our guide Hoang & his team, they are all nice & helpful!
Halong bay is a breathtaking location & romantic. You should book the overnight boat trip. That’s a very different feeling at night when relaxing on the sundeck, make friends with others & enjoy a cool atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Awesome place to visit, like a “small Paradise on earth”. The Halong bay itself is very beautiful with different shapes of limestone karts: Chicken, Lion, dragon, headman face.... Cruising around, kayaking, swimming & overnight onboard…totally loved this place!
We're overwhelmed and very happy with the whole package. Linh was so much fun, got the group connected very well. She was unique with her humour and we felt perfectly taken care of us. Absolutely positively crazy lady!
It was a nice experience. We enjoyed kayaking and fantastic views. The clean was good and th meals too. For the price i though that would be in the night some more games will be great!
We had a wonderful honeymoon trip on this cruise. Our room was setup very nice with rose, a very lovely small cake at night after dinner that made us surprisingly & happy. The bay was very gorgeous & crew was superb friendly!
