Hi, this company offers affordable tours and great hospitality. I contacted them directly through website and Ms Anna was assigned my trip. She's a very kind, understands English as I don't speak ir understand Vietnamese. She catered to my requirements very well. She followed up regularly with me during the whole trip and their suggested cruise "Stellar of the Seas" was one hell of an experience. Would encourage everyone to book through this company. Booked a 2D1N halong bay cruise on Lyra through Janet and everything went smoothly. The package came with a free airport transfer and although I gave Janet the arrival info very late (as it had slipped my mind), she was able to make the arrangements very quickly and confirmed the transfer details in less than an hour. She had also accommodated our request to drop off at Tay Ho area instead of Old Quarter after the cruise. We are very appreciative that Janet gave such quick and fabulous service!
