Vissen in Jackson Hole op de Snake River is een must, zelfs als je maar de helft van de dag de tijd hebt om te vissen. Deze reis is populair bij mensen met beperkte tijd, gezinnen en beginnende vissers. De halve dag is een geweldige kennismaking met vliegvissen op de westelijke rivieren. Twee vissers plus je gids in elke boot.

Je wordt overal in Jackson of Teton Village opgehaald bij je verblijfplaats voor je visreis en we gaan rechtstreeks naar de rivier! De Snake River is een relatief hoog volume, zeer gevlochten rivier en de inheemse Snake River fijngevlekte moordende forel is de naam van het spel. Je gids zorgt voor alle uitrusting die nodig is voor de dag - hengels, molens, vliegen, leider, kunstaas, enz. Al deze tochten van een halve dag worden aangeboden in dobberformaat, twee vissers en gids per driftboot. Er is een optie om tegen een meerprijs een derde visser toe te voegen. Je gids begint de dag over het algemeen met een werpsessie op de rivier en/of vaardigheidsbeoordeling, indien nodig, dan is het uit en vissen. Vissers zullen vissen terwijl de boot onder leiding van uw gids afdrijft. De dag eindigt in de vroege namiddag, meestal terug naar uw accommodatie om 13.30 uur. De gidsen oefenen ook vangst-en-loslaten, dus plan een aantal geweldige foto's te maken en onvergetelijke herinneringen terug te brengen.

This experience was amazing! To be clear, it had everything to do with our incredible guide Marshall, and not the company itself. Marshall was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! We had a great time catching cutthroats on the Snake river! Epic!
We had a great morning on a beautiful river. Our guide, Nelson, was patient as he taught us the basics of river floating fly fishing. He showed us how to cast and dress our lines. A great guy and very per, had my wife laughing most of trip. And he put us on fish
This tour was the highlight of our trip. My husband is an avid bass fisher back home and had never fly fished before. Nelson was so patient with him and such a good teacher, we had so much fun with him. The views were just incredible, they almost didn’t seem real. We loved this so much we wanted to book it again for the following day, but they were all booked.
Took my 10 year old son for a half day float. Nelson was our guide and he was amazing. He was great to teach my son how to fly fish and so good to him. We had a great day and caught some great fish. Thanks Nelson!
We had a great time!! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable of the area, the animals, the river, everything. We saw 12 plus eagles. One was even at the waters edge catching a fish. Saw their nests which are hugh. Saw beaver dams/lodges. Lunch was really good too. Had never seen boxed water before. Sandwich was so big we ate the second half back in our hotel room.
Enjoyed the float trip, fantastic scenery and knowledge of our guide.(Mike) Learning to cast was a challenge for my wife and I but we caught some fish. Saw a few eagles but no grizzlies.

Had a fantastic fishing trip to Lewis Lake. Scheduled a float trip on the Snake but the river was high. Our guide kindly offered an alternative for the lake. We were treated with many fish, lakeside lunch and overall memorable adventure. Thanks Joe!
Just returned from a 10 day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons, this trip started off fantastic with a 1/2 day (6hr) Snake River fishing trip booked thru TETON Scenic Floats and Fly Fishing just south of the GT National Park. This 13 mile trip was amazing and it far exceeded our expectations! TSF were great from start to finish and did whatever they could to make our trip a lifetime memory. Thanks to them and our captain "Taylor" for accommodating my request to use Spinning rod vs Fly, which most other companies did not want to entertain. My wife is a novice and Taylor helped her throughout without making her feel uncomfortable and she caught some beautiful fish. We caught well over 20 fish thanks to Taylor and his vast experience on the river and Tetons! Class act great job guys, thanks! This was also posted on Google. Ed and Karen Salisbury
We had a wonderful day on the water with our guide Kyle. It was his last day of the season so he wanted us to have a great trip and he delivered. Very good lunch provided. Wonderful scenery and a quiet day.
