Kies je geschikte tijd voor de les en ga dan naar de bestemming Cafe Minh (53 Lương Ngọc Quyến-straat), op slechts een paar meter van de Ta Hien Beer-straat. Maak kennis met de leraar die je alles zal introduceren van de geschiedenis, de cultuur. Stroop je mouwen op en bereid het ingrediënt voor. Stap voor stap wordt u zorgvuldig en grondig uitgelegd hoe u uw koffie zet. Hier zijn enkele van de recepten die we leren: - De internationaal bekende eierkoffie. Lena taught us a lot not just about making coffee, but also the history of coffee and many more interesting things. The coffee we made tasted great, will definitely try to make it again back home.
My family and I had the best time at the coffee class. Lena was an amazing teacher, and shared many tricks as well as teaching us random facts! The set up was awesome, and there were so many tools and flavours we tried. I would definitely come again 😁

Today I learnt to make a few Vietnamese coffees with Devin. We had a lovely time talking about both our cultures and countries. The coffees were delicious. Devin is also a tour guide for Hanoi. I had a great time and highly recommended Devin. Thank you.
Evelyn was absolutely fantastic running our egg coffee class! She made the whole experience feel relaxed, fun, and really easy to follow. Her instructions were clear, and she took the time to explain not just the steps, but the story behind the coffee as well, which made it even more special. Would definitely recommend :)
Lena was wonderful we had a nice chat before we started she carefully guided me through the recipes with a few explanations on coffee history too! There seemed to be a bit of a scheduling issue but still accommodated me wonderfully
