Bulguksa Tempel, een UNESCO World Heritage site in Gyeongju, is een meesterwerk van Silla-tijd boeddhistische architectuur. Het dorp is de thuisbasis van de Gyeongju Choi Clan, bekend om hun 12-generatie nalatenschap, en beschikt over het historische Huis van de Gyeongju Choi Clan, een aangewezen belangrijk folklore materiaal. De Woljeonggyobrug is een gereconstrueerde houten brug die oorspronkelijk werd gebouwd in 760 na Christus tijdens de Unified Silla periode. De brug werd verwoest tijdens de Joseondynastie en herbouwd tussen 2008 en 2018 en werd daarmee de grootste houten brug in Korea. De brug overspant 66,15 meter en is voorzien van traditionele Koreaanse architectonische elementen. Het wordt 's nachts verlicht, waardoor een schilderachtig tafereel ontstaat, en is een populaire plek voor fotografie en ontspannen wandelingen.

We are a family of 6 and chose for this private tour. The little extra cost totally compensates for the extra service and flexibility. The tour was adapted to our wishes, as the kids prefered an ice cream instead of the museum at the end. Our guide Sang was a charm and thought us a lot of facts and figures about Korea and Busan in particular. We were so pleased we booked a Busan trip the day after with him and came to places only locals know about…Michelin 4 star rating!
It was an amazing experience! We truly had a wonderful time! If you only have a short time to spend in Gyeongju, this is a good option for you. The guide Jinu was amazing. He was friendly and we learned a lot of details about Korean history and culture through him. I highly recommend him and his expertise! He also took time to recommend us places to eat around Gyeongju, and even helped us order food. His patience was greatly appreciated! We cannot recommend this tour enough! It was a wonderful experience! If you want to learn about Gyeongju’s history, this tour is for you!

What an incredible visit with Sang. Could not recommend enough! We had a private tour through Gyeongju-with a in depth guide to temples, the historic city, lunch, etc. Sang was so knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful.
Our guide, Jino was nice and friendly. He spoke perfect English and explained the history of Korea and told us some very interesting facts about the exhibits we saw. The plan of the day was very well organised. Highly recommended!

We were hosted by William for the full day who was excellent (again) as he hosted us two days before on another tour. This stuff would be impossible to see on your own with the same colour and storytelling, let alone knowing what order to see what in and how to get to it. The national museum was also amazing.
