Een uitzonderlijke tour waar ik u Aix in al haar glorie zal onthullen : historische plaatsen, schandalen, winnaars en verliezers, verborgen hoekjes, geheimen, weelderige verhalen die u ademloos zullen laten. Wat is hier gebeurd? En waarom juist hier? Te beginnen met de Romeinen in 120 v.Chr.! We weven in en uit schaduwrijke pittoreske steegjes in het historische centrum van Aix. We zullen fonteinen, huizen, gebouwen, statuten, tuinen en andere interessante plekken observeren en de verhalen vertellen van de mensen die er leefden en stierven, van degenen die vochten voor de liefde – en wonnen of verloren. Dit alles met culinaire accenten die alleen Aix kan leveren dus bereid uw smaakpapillen voor op een feest van de zintuigen. Grote marktdagen zijn dinsdag, donderdag en zaterdag. Kleine marktdagen zijn elke dag! Sinds 2018 begeleid ik in Aix. Ik ben historisch onderzoeker, schrijver en scenarioschrijver. We zullen over het algemeen door de oude stad wandelen en stoppen om beroemde gebouwen te bespreken, wat lekkers proeven uit lokale winkels (niet inbegrepen), en verhalen vertellen over de beroemde historische hoofdstad van de Provence.
Betreed de beroemde kathedraal en bespreek de oude en nieuwe, beroemde schilderijen en objecten.

Excellent introduction to this colorful and charming city. Our guide, Sarit, shared interesting and intriguing historical information during this tour. She was knowledgeable, humorous and experienced as a guide in Aix. We are not French-speakers and she is fluent in both French and English. She made some excellent recommendations of local eateries, shops and sites. We went back to 5 of them (!) and appreciated her tips. They were all great. We learned so much and enjoyed every minute of this walking tour. Highly recommend and would absolutely tour with Sarit again.
Our guide reached out once we booked our tour and kept in touch. She met us promptly. She gave us history of Aix, showed us several points of interest, as well as told funny stories of historical residents. It was a thorough, fun and informative tour. We had a tour with Sarit before in Toulon and really enjoyed it. So when we booed Aix it was a total coincidence that we got her again. The pace of the tour is perfect and she is very knowledgeable and departs that is an easy fun and memorable way. We are big fans!
