Ga mee met een rondleiding door Cape Bruny Lighthouse, de enige vuurtoren in Zuid-Tasmanië die open is voor rondleidingen. Geniet van het beste uitzicht op Bruny Island vanaf het balkon van de vuurtoren en leer meer over de maritieme geschiedenis van uw lokale Bruny Island Gids. Beklim de wenteltrap naar de Prism kamer, waar je de oude Fresnel lens en relikwieën van vervlogen tijden ziet. Deze tour is ontworpen door de Managing Director van het bedrijf, wiens vader een van de vele Vuurtorenwachters was bij Cape Bruny Lighthouse.

- Houd er rekening mee dat er een 5 - 15 minuten bergopwaarts lopen naar Cape Bruny Lighthouse te bereiken
- De weg naar South Bruny National Park is niet afgesloten, we raden aan voorzichtig te rijden en ons aan te passen aan de omstandigheden
- Een National Parks Pass is vereist om South Bruny National Park te betreden. Deze kunnen online worden gekocht bij Tasmanië Parks and Wildlife of bij de Parks Pass-kaartautomaat op de parkeerplaats van South Bruny National Park.
- We raden je aan om vroeg te arriveren zodat je voldoende tijd hebt om naar Cape Bruny Lighthouse te lopen

Very educational and cool experience! Learnt so much about the history and operations of the historical lighthouse. Highly recommend to anyone who’s visiting Bruny Island! The gravel road drive and windy walk up the lighthouse was definitely worth it.

An excellent and informative tour with our very knowledgeable guide. He was able to answer all my husband’s engineering type questions! Beautiful views over South Bruny Island and surrounding seas. It also helped that it was an absolutely stunning day! Thoroughly recommend the tour.
A very informative lighthouse tour, of the building itself and about the lives of the Keepers and their families. It was a beautiful weather day, so enjoyed our outside balcony experience. There was a small group, so we felt like we had a personalized tour.
If you like a little history and an amazing view then well worth booking. Guide was a local with a real knack for delivering history that even my 8 year old was interested in.

We had a wonderful experience on our tour. We learnt of many very interesting facts & information about how this lighthouse operated & about other lighthouses in Australia. It was fascinating to learn of the life of the lighthouse keepers & their families in this rugged isolated location. Our guide was very personable and obviously very fit.

Interested in seeing the lighthouse cos I read the book a few years back. Seeing all the crystals which reflect the light was amazing, plus the view from the balcony spectacular. It was also interesting to see where the lighthouse keepers lived whilst on the island plus the weather conditions and remoteness they endured. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Highly recommend this tour.

Alex and I had a great experience on the Bruny Lighthouse tour. We were the only two participants and our guide was, friendly, knowledgable and great company. The views from the top were spectacular and the history was interesting and in many ways astounding. Loved it.
