- Deelnemers moeten goed zelfstandig kunnen zwemmen.
- Deelnemers moeten over voldoende fysieke conditie beschikken.
- Deelnemers moeten tussen de 8 en 65 jaar oud zijn.
- Houd er rekening mee dat je tijdens de tour niets mee kunt nemen, omdat je het water in gaat. Alles moet achterblijven in de auto. We raden sterk aan om zo min mogelijk mee te nemen, aangezien er helaas auto-inbraken kunnen voorkomen op deze parkeerplaats. Als je niet met de auto komt, kun je kleine spullen op eigen risico achterlaten in de auto van de gids. De gids neemt een camera mee om foto's te maken en een waterdichte buis voor alle autosleutels.
- Je kunt sportkleding of zwemkleding onder het wetsuit dragen. In de zomer zijn de wetsuits optioneel.
- Wij stellen je gratis stevige laarzen met hoge grip ter beschikking voor het avontuur, maar je kunt ook je eigen sportschoenen meenemen als je die hebt. Elke comfortabele schoenen met goede grip zijn prima.

Jennifer was a good canyoning guide. Her energy was amazing and she made the whole experience really fun. She’s such a nice and friendly person, and she made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyable day for the price but very very busy with other groups from the operator and general public, which meant a very hectic environment (appreciate the operator can’t control the latter however as the river is a public space!) so would probably recommend trying the afternoon slots as we were morning. Sadly we noticed a lot of litter in and around the river. Hosts very friendly, helpful and professional who tried their best and ensured safety despite having to deal with members on the tour who couldn’t even swim or needed escorting back out of the river mid-tour. Thank you for the day out, just far too busy for us.

Absolutely cool tour and almost for everyone! Small and large alike have fun there and can decide for themselves whether they want to jump off the cliffs or walk or swim past them below! The tour guides are cool and it is a lot of fun for the whole family! Also truly an experience in terms of scenery!

Very challenging for some in our large party ranging from 7 to 73 but overall a great time. Our guide was able to "read the room" and provide something for everyone. It's a must do in Benehavis.
