We also visited the Maasai market with beautiful handmade crafts, jewelry, and souvenirs. I learned about Maasai culture and traditions. The tanzanite experience was amazing too – I learned how this special stone is found only in Tanzania and saw different types of tanzanite. The walking tour was well organized and not tiring. The guide made me feel safe and welcome the whole time. I really enjoyed learning about Arusha and its people. I highly recommend this town tour to anyone visiting Arusha.
