Reis naar Antigua Guatemala en Guatemala-stad met de beste lokale gidsen. Onze gidsen rijden je rond alle historische punten en monumenten van de stad in een mooi en comfortabel voertuig. Maak je klaar om onder te dompelen in een stad in puin, achtergelaten door de aardbevingen van 1773. Geniet van het uitzicht op het beroemde uitkijkpunt Cerro de la Cruz, zodat je een beter perspectief op de stad krijgt. Daarna gaan we naar de belangrijkste kerk Iglesia y Convento La Merced, om het bezoek voort te zetten lopen we door de Boog van Santa Catarina om te stoppen voor een iconische foto. We lopen verder naar het Central Park om direct bij de ruïnes van de kathedraal van San José te komen. De tour gaat verder naar Guatemala-Stad, naar de oude Maya-ruïnes van Kaminaljuyu, de stad van de doden. We eindigen de tour met een bezoek aan de beroemdste straten en zones van de stad, om vervolgens te stoppen in het historische centrum. Het bezoek bestaat uit een wandeling rond de Centrale Markt, de Grote Kathedraal, het Nationaal Cultuurpaleis, Constitution Plaza en La Sexta.

Esteban was a very knowledgeable guide . His detailed knowledge about the history , geography & culture of Guatemala brought the whole trip to life . His vivid stories about the areas we visited made the whole day thoroughly enjoyable
I joined this tour yesterday, and it was an amazing experience. My guide, Esteban, was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the places we visited, and he shared interesting facts throughout the tour. I am a very tough customer as I travel a lot and love history answer. This trip makes it as one of the best experiences I have ever had. Just in 8 hours we covered so much ground, from coffee and chocolate tasting to visiting Mayan pyramid site, watching shamans perform ceremonies on top of walking Antigua at length and seeing all the historical sites. It was one of the magical experiences I had. Pamella was so easy to communicate with and also extremely knowledgeable not only about Guatemala and Antigua but also the history about the whole region.

Very enjoyable tour with a knowledgeable guide.
Pamela was such a great travel guide! She brought me to all the notable sights in Antigua, loved the Guatemalan lunch spot, I got some souvenirs. All great fun. Plus, visiting Guatemala City center was informative, and I’m glad Pamela was there to guide me through the market and explained all the buildings and streets. Thanks for a fulfilling experience!
