Deze tour vindt plaats in sector A, de belangrijkste in het Tijuca National Park, de beste sector voor degenen die willen genieten van het bos en wilde dieren willen observeren zoals toekans, apen, neusbeertjes, luiaards, gordeldieren, schildpadden en een oneindig aantal vogels . Tijdens de tour passeren we 3 grotten en 3 watervallen, wat perfect is voor warme zomerdagen en ook voor bewolkte dagen waar de bergen bedekt kunnen zijn, op deze tour worden de attracties niet beïnvloed door deze invloed. Het is een wandeling van 6 km, maar het gaat erg soepel omdat er onderweg veel stops zijn.

De reizigers zullen bijna het hele gebied van het Tijuca National Park verkennen. De grotten en watervallen zijn onze doelen tijdens deze tour, maar het wilde leven zoals toekans, apen, luiaards en gordeldieren verschijnt altijd in het park. Apen en toekans zijn vrij gemakkelijk te zien. Neem je reddingspakken mee om je op te frissen bij de watervallen!

I throughly enjoyed the hike through portions of Parque Nacional da Tijuca. Shortly after making the reservation, a greeting message was received from our guide Bernardo. Upon arriving to the park, we were surrounded by towering trees and lush greenery. Along the way to the view points, waterfalls, and cave, Bernardo shared facts about the park and the ecology/ restoration efforts. Whether you're an experienced hiker or just someone looking for a peaceful outdoor retreat, this hike is a must-do.
Shortly after I made the reservation, our guide contacted me with a confirmative greeting. As soon as we drove to the park, we were surrounded by towering trees, lush greenery, and the sounds of nature! Our guide Bernardo shared information about the area as soon as we arrived. He was very knowledgeable & shared facts about the history of the forest and the ecology. He spotted lizards, snakes, spiders, frogs, birds, and plants. He also took great pictures! Whether you're an experienced hiker or just someone looking for a peaceful outdoor retreat, this hike is a must-do.

Bernardo is an amazing guide , he took me and my family on great hikes that lead to beautiful waterfalls. However, the most amazing experience was the soccer, where he took us to see a Botafogo game (it’s the biggest club in the country), their fans are so awesome and passionate, big and modern stadium, etc. Make sure you visit their store and museum at their headquarters in Botafogo.
