CETINJE-oude hoofdstad waarin 70% van de culturele en historische schat van Montenegro ligt. Groot aantal kloosters, musea, bibliotheken zal u meenemen door Montenegro eeuwen geleden. Na Cetinje gaan we naar NJEGUŠI VILLAGE. In deze authentieke vallei kunt u de beste traditionele Montenegrijnse gerechten proeven (drooggezouten ham, kaas, zelfgebakken brood) en foto's maken in de traditionele Montenegrijnse klederdracht in TRADITIONAL HOUSE. Daarna dalen we langs een oude OOSTENRIJK-HONGARIJSE WEG, die je een ademloos gevoel geeft, af naar Kotor. Er zijn de mooiste belvedères met een geweldig uitzicht op BOKA BAY. KOTOR zal indruk op u maken met zijn middeleeuwse architectuur en met een groot aantal culturele monumenten die onder UNESCO-bescherming staan. BUDVA of De Parel van de Middellandse Zee waar iedereen iets voor zichzelf kan vinden, van DE OUDE BINNENSTAD van Budva tot de modernste gebouwen, hotels, winkelen en restaurants.

De tour begint in Podgorica, leidt naar Cetinje, de oude hoofdstad waarin 70% van de culturele en historische schat van Montenegro zich bevindt. Een groot aantal kloosters, musea en bibliotheken neemt u eeuwen geleden door Montenegro. Alle gebouwen bevinden zich in de buurt, zodat u van de ene naar de andere kunt lopen.
Na Cetinje, via veel rotsachtige wegen, gaan we naar het dorp Njeguši, het thuisdorp van de dynastie van Montenegrijnse vorsten. In deze authentieke vallei kunt u de beste traditionele Montenegrijnse gerechten proeven. Je krijgt de gelegenheid om het oude Montenegrijnse huis te zien, foto's te maken in het traditionele Montenegrijnse kostuum.
Daarna gaan we langs een oude weg van Oostenrijk-Hongarije, waardoor u buiten adem zult zijn, naar Kotor. Er zijn de mooiste belveders langs deze weg, met een geweldig uitzicht op de baai van Boka. Kotor zal indruk op u maken met zijn middeleeuwse architectuur en met een groot aantal culturele monumenten die onder bescherming van UNESCO staan. Enorme muren voor eeuwen oud, komen uit de zee, en kale pleinen, kathedralen, musea, kerken die allemaal oude stad Kotor is.
Moderne toeristische hoofdstad of de parel van de Middellandse Zee. In de populairste Montenegrijnse zomerbestemming kan iedereen iets voor zichzelf vinden, van de oude binnenstad van Budva tot de meest moderne gebouwen, hotels, winkelcentra en restaurants. De terugkeer is gepland via de route met de mooiste panoramische uitzichten op een groot deel van de kust van Montenegro.

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible experience on the Great Montenegro Tour. Every stop was breathtakingly beautiful, especially with the amazing weather we had throughout the day, but what truly made this tour unforgettable was our guide, Snezana. Snezana was actually a last-minute substitute because our original guide became ill, and honestly, we could not have been happier that she led our tour. She was exceptionally friendly, flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable about Montenegro’s history, culture, and hidden gems. From the moment we met her, she made us feel comfortable and welcomed. One thing we especially appreciated was how accommodating she was with photo stops. She happily pulled over whenever we wanted to capture the stunning scenery and always knew the absolute best viewpoints for those perfect Instagram-worthy pictures. Her timing and recommendations were spot on all day long. Each destination was more gorgeous than the last, and Snezana did an outstanding job guiding us through every location with enthusiasm and insight. She truly elevated the entire experience and made our visit to Montenegro even more special. We would highly recommend this tour and especially Snezana to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Departure well on time - departure 8h corresponds to the arrival of the boat and we lost 1H, because excursion vehicle difficult to find!! but friendly guide waited for us - we had to cut short the ride compared to the return to the ship! very pity because the service became dear to me and as a regional dish along the way we had a ham cheese sandwich!!!! I had a lot to bet on this service and I was very disappointed (despite beautiful landscapes)
Tamara was a brilliant guide. She explained heaps about the local area but also gave me plenty of time to wander on my own. The views about Kotor Bay were simply stunning-this a fantastic tour!
We had a really fun time exploring with Snežana! Even though some of the spots were closed due to the specific dates we traveled, she made sure the energy stayed high and the day remained perfect. Despite the closures, everything was still a blast because she was so flexible. She truly catered to all our wants and made sure we visited the specific places we were interested in. A few things that made the trip stand out: • Perfect Pacing: We never felt rushed. • Great Balance: There was always appropriate time to eat, relax, and take plenty of pictures. • Personal Touch: She really listened to what we wanted from the day. It was a wonderful tour of beautiful cities in Montenegro. The guide was friendly and accommodating. She bought us Montenegrin snacks and her narrations and descriptions of landmark sits was splendid.
Very friendly and comfortable. Lunch is sandwiches. Nibbles provided. Get a good taster of the country and the difference between the coast and the mountains. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. View points are weather dependent. Our time in kotor was shorter than expected possibly road works causing delays.

We had a private tour with Marko, who was both knowledgeable and genuinely funny. He tailored the itinerary to our interests, which made the whole experience feel personal and easy. The tour itself was very pleasant, though trying to cover a large part of the country in one go means there isn’t much time for stops. The mountain scenery was breathtaking, but Montenegro still lacks tourism infrastructure like roadside viewpoints. We missed plenty of photo opportunities simply because the roads were too narrow and the shoulders too low to pull over safely. That said, it was still a wonderful way to see a lot in a short time, and Marko made it engaging from start to finish.
