Ga met ons mee op een privécharter die u rond de pijlstaartroggen, koralen en zeesterren brengt. Als u wilt, kunnen we bijvoorbeeld schotels en alcohol op uw fooi opnemen: KIES TWEE SCHOTELS: - Kip Tenders - Fruit salade - Kip- of Runderpasteitjes ALCOHOL: - Lokaal bier (CayBrew) - Rum Punch Als u meer alcohol wilt meenemen, kunnen we altijd meer koelers leveren om de extra's te huisvesten! laat het ons gewoon weten. Omdat de tour vier uur duurt, kunnen we wat meer tijd nemen om van elke bestemming te genieten, en als je meer tijd op de ene plek wilt doorbrengen en niet op de andere, laat het je kapitein dan weten. Starfish Point is een klein, ontspannend, chill strand met zeesterren die in zeer ondiep water rond het zand zijn gestrooid. Dit is meestal de laatste of eerste stop van de reis om gewoon te ontspannen, rond te dwalen, in het zand te spelen of zelfs gewoon om te zonnebaden in de kleur! We besteden hier meestal ongeveer 30 tot 40 minuten of langer.
Stingray city Sand bar, de #1 attractie van Grand Cayman. Jullie mogen allemaal vasthouden, kussen, voeden, aaien en zelfs vriendelijk terugwrijven als je wilt van de stralen. Omdat je op een privétour bent, kun je de tijd nemen en genieten van de tijd hier, geen haast! we hebben de neiging om hier ongeveer 40 minuten per uur of langer door te brengen. afhankelijk van de grootte van de groep.
Dit is slechts de ontmoetingslocatie als je van de cruiseschepen komt.
Coral Gardens, een plek met tropische vissen, talloze koraalsoorten en als je geluk hebt, kan een wilde groene schildpad voorbij zwemmen om hallo te zeggen! Het water is hier meestal diep rond de 12 tot 18 FT. Breng floaties mee als je geen sterke zwemmer bent! tijd hier is ongeveer 30 tot 50 minuten of langer.

We booked this tour based on pictures and the written description of a private boat to see stingrays for 13, including lunch and drinks with a stop to see starfish and another for norkeling as well. When we checked in at the pier, we waited for a driver for almost 20 min. Not too bad. When we arrived at the boat, it was not anything like what was in the pictures. And the full lunch, sodas, water... where not as described. I even confirmed we didn't want the beer and alcohol that was included, and we just wanted extra fruit and snacks. We received and half cooler of drinks, and 3 deli trays of food and 3 bags of chips. The bad review is for the company, not the staff. The 3 guys with us did a great job showing us stingrays and starfish.
Sorry to hear about this, i thought we did an awesome job for you and your family as you guys tipped me so well! I even personally went with you on the trip to take care of you guys personally. We have several vessel and each one gets used at random. the one in the picture (Deep Quest) is just what was taken at the time. The cooler is over sized as i like to have extra ice, plus we took out the beers and rum punch like how you requested. We bought the large fruit platter, and I genuinely thought 3 family sized chip bags would of been sufficient. I'm puzzled, again as you guys tipped me so well. I understand the review is for the company however we are the company my mother checked you in, i picked you guys up had blast, no one said anything to me about these things. Thank you for taking the time to to leave this review, it has given ideas on how to improve our product, Ask for me "commodore" if ever wish to return!
The owners cancelled on us less than 24 hours prior to our sailing with no explanation. While we did get our money back, it was too late to book another excursion on the island. After e-mailing, they did say that they were having "mechanical issues" but did not offer a different sailing on another day or attempt to find us another boat. I can't recommend.
So sorry to hear that a last-minute cancellation ruined your plans! It is a huge bummer that the 24-hour notice left you stranded. While mechanical issues happen, the lack of a backup sucked. We totally get why you were frustrated without a different offer. I will definitely share this feedback with the owners directly. Hope to see you back for a much more reliable trip next time!
The three guides were knowledgeable, courteous, looked after all twelve of us aged eight to Seventy three.
Do NOT book any tour from this company! We booked a PRIVATE charter for our group of 15 people (the max it is said it allowed). We paid a lot of money for it to be private. However, other people were on the boat with us. After speaking to the other guest we did not know they said they paid considerably less per person than we did! We could have saved about $900 by doing one of this companies non private tour groups…which is what the tour truly was. I have screenshots of everything that said “private charter”, “only your group will participate”.This was 1 week ago. I sent an email directly to Rowan Watersports. Have not heard back. Then requested a partial refund from Viator for $487, which is considerably less than the $900 we really deserved and it was rejected. They lied and took our money. Do not book from them!

I booked this private excursion for myself and a few family members. A couple of days prior to the excursion, Wania reached out to ensure all details, including location for pick up/food/beverages/etc were confirmed and to see if we had any additional requests or needs. I felt their attention to detail was spot on. Our cruise ship arrived in Grand Cayman around 7 am, and the only way to get on shore was by tender. At approximately 7:30, the captain came on and stated that the ocean conditions were not safe to utilize the tenders and that the cruise ship would be turning around and going back underway. As you can imagine, we were sad and disappointed not to experience Grand Cayman and, on top of everything else, I knew the refund policy was 24 hours. I texted Wania immediately to inform the company of the situation. They were extremely kind and, without me asking, confirmed I would be refunded IN FULL. I am so grateful to them and, based on this experience alone, highly recommend using this company. I WILL get back to Grand Cayman and I can assure you 100% that this company has my business for life. Thank you for being so accommodating and understanding!
We had an odd experience with Viator, so book these guys direct. I never check my email on vacation. I happened to check and our tour had been cancelled because our card had been compromised. I panicked. It was New Years Day and we had 13 people counting on Sting Ray City and Star Fish Point on a private tour. This crew pulled it off, fantastic food, music, great company and we LOVED EVERY MINUTE of it. They made sure everyone was comfortable, we had rum punch, sandwiches ,fruit, beer, water, orange pop. This was an easy transfer from the ship, mom drove us to her sons boat. It was one of our highs of the trip for everyone. we got into the water and were freaked, then nobody wanted to get out. Magical day!
Rowan water sports was awesome The captain and the crew were very friendly as well as the driver. Great experience, and would definitely recommend others.
This charter was amazing!!! I cannot recommend the boat and crew enough! We rented the private charter for our party of 14. The crew was friendly and very accommodating. The driver who picked us up and dropped us off was so friendly and shared info about the island. The took us to swim with Sting rays, snorkel, and see star fish. Food was plentiful and tasty! If you’re wondering if it’s worth it… trust me it is!
Poncho and our captain made this a great trip! While there were a few issues with equipment that were outside of the team’s control, they went above and beyond to make the day enjoyable and resolve any issues. Would definitely recommend them for a tour in Grand Cayman!
