Nadat het ophalen van het hotel is voltooid, vertrekt u onmiddellijk naar Grand Canyon West. De reistijd tussen Las Vegas en de Grand Canyon is ongeveer drie uur per enkele reis. Uw chauffeur geeft deskundig commentaar langs de route en brengt u op tijd terug naar Las Vegas voor een avondje uit in de stad. Naast de Skywalk ligt het Indian Village, waar je de Indiaanse geschiedenis en cultuur kunt verkennen met replica-woningen en uitvoeringen van traditionele dansen.
Geniet van een spectaculair uitzicht over de Colorado-rivier bij Guano Point, de thuisbasis van de oude Guano-mijn. Lunchopties zijn hier beschikbaar! Na je tijd in de Grand Canyon ga je terug naar Las Vegas.

- Inklapbare rolstoelen kunnen worden ondergebracht op voorwaarde dat de passagier wordt vergezeld door iemand die hen kan helpen bij het in- en uitstappen van de bus.
- Bussen met lift zijn op basis van beschikbaarheid en mogelijk niet beschikbaar. Als een bus met een lift nodig is, is een opzegtermijn van drie dagen vereist en moet u onmiddellijk na het boeken contact opnemen met de plaatselijke touroperator om uw verzoek te bevestigen.
- Er kunnen wachttijden zijn op elk punt of elke attractie vanwege het weer of passagiersvolumes
- Persoonlijke spullen zoals mobiele telefoons, camera's, rugzakken en portemonnees zijn niet toegestaan op de Skywalk; gratis kluisjes zijn beschikbaar voor opslag

We booked this tour through Virgin holidays & thought it would be a great way to see the hoover dam & Grand Canyon as our package included the skywalk & included a BBQ lunch. The booking process wasn’t great as our paperwork gave us the wrong location & pick up time. We had emailed confirmation as directed but for some reason the email failed to go through when sent. As a consequence we missed the tour. To grey lines credit they immediately booked us on the same trip the following day at no extra charge. We boarded the bus & set off for the hoover dam around an hour & half away. This was the disappointing bit. The tour bus stops around half a mile from the dam where you can see it from a highway bridge vantage point from a distance. I was expecting to be able to walk around the dam & possibly even go down into the turbine hall as I’d done on a previous tour with a different tour provider. I think it misrepresents the tour to advertise the hoover dam & Grand Canyon. The reality is a tour to the Grand Canyon & a quick stop to look down on the dam from a distance. The Grand Canyon element was more positive with the skywalk being impressive. Having said that the included BBQ lunch was far from impressive & did not fit the description of a BBQ. It was essentially canteen food & wasn’t particularly nice. Our driver was helpful & provided free bottles of water & a running commentary of sights along the way. He also made regular comfort stops at rest / gas stations so customers could use rest rooms. In summary the tour was ok but I didn’t feel we’d had the quality experience we expected due to the poor lunch that was included & only getting a limited view of the hoover dam from a distance for a short period of time.

The experience was amazing. The driver was kind to reserve a seat for my handicap. My only complaint is that the ad promised a bus with a bathroom, but we did not have one.

We enjoyed our day going to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon with our guide Derick. He gave lots of tips about how to navigate our stops, where to eat, and what he recommended. I’d only recommend that they have clearer pick up instructions & a better bus.

Bus didn't have a bathroom as advertised, but the driver made ample stops. Driver was very pleasant & had lots of cold bottled water for everyone.
