Dit is een excursie waarbij u het aquarium bezoekt met 's werelds grootste gebogen raam, meer dan 550 diersoorten en de verbazingwekkende onderwaterwereld. Dan krijgt u de gelegenheid om een wandeling te maken door de meest geschikte haven ter voorbereiding op de transatlantische overtocht. De excursie duurt 4 uur en omvat: 1.Vervoer. Zowel de heen- als de terugreis zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen. Je wordt opgehaald bij je hotel en naar Las Palmas gebracht, de hoofdstad van het eiland, waar het aquarium en de haven zich bevinden. Je krijgt een privéchauffeur tot je beschikking die je naar de bezienswaardigheden brengt en je vervolgens weer terugbrengt naar je hotel! 2.De ingang van het aquarium. 3.De ingang voor de havenrondleiding

The driver Andre is a great person and driver. He speaks easily and is also very interested in a good way in the people he transports. We also went to a local bakery to eat something together. We did not book the visits to the Las Palmas pier
The aquarium was fantastic and worth the visit. The marine tank was the highlight for us, so many different fish, I could watch the tank all day. We had an amazing host, Andre who was friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. Andre finished the trip by taking us to a little patisserie which had some delicious cakes and the coffee was good too. Would definitely recommend the tour.
Good trip, excellent service, and brand-new minibuses
We booked 2 tours (Dolphin and Aquarium) with them through Jose at our hotel. Great guy and super friendly. Both tours were great. Staff was super friendly. For the Dolphin tour we had Mario as our guide and for the Aquarium we had Andre. Both of them were super friendly and created an amazing atmosphere. They had a bit of car trouble and had to re-schedule the Aquarium tour for later that same day, but they communicated that to us well on time and picked us up as scheduled so no issues at all. I would highly recommend them!
This was a totally amazing experience. The host was terrific and very knowledgeable of the area and what is history offer. Would highly recommend to all.
Ten minutes before our scheduled pick-up time, the guide sent a WhatsApp message cancelling the tour, citing car trouble. These things can happen, and initially I accepted that. The guide said he would try to find another slot, but as we only had two days of our holiday remaining, he later told us they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate us. I then contacted customer support at Get Your Guide (as I booked through them) to arrange a refund, which appears to be in progress. While speaking with them, I asked whether they could find an alternative tour to Poema del Mar for the following day, as I'd been told there was no availability. To my surprise, customer support simply sent me a link to the very same tour I'd originally booked—and it showed availability for the next day. That left me questioning what had really happened. I can't say for certain why the tour was cancelled, but it's difficult not to wonder whether the cancellation was due to low numbers rather than the stated vehicle problem (the tour is in an 8 seater and there are 4 of us). If that's the case, I would have much preferred an honest explanation rather than a last-minute cancellation only ten minutes before collection. Regardless of the reason, cancelling so close to the pick-up time disrupted our day, meant we lost our plans, and left us scrambling to find an alternative during the final days of our holiday. Very disappointing.
Me and my buddies booked the aquarium trip followed by a nice walk in the oldtown of Las Palmas. Very cool and knowledgeable driver with good choice of music. Few hours in the aquarium and afterwards about 1 hour in the city. definitely recommend.
