Gourmetervaring: proeverij van Spaanse kazen en exclusieve wijnen

De proeverij omvat een zorgvuldige selectie van Spaanse kazen, die verschillende regio's en stijlen vertegenwoordigen. Van de romige Manchego-kaas uit La Mancha tot de rokerige San Simón da Costa: elke kaas vertelt een uniek verhaal over het land en de mensen die het produceren. De proeverijgids legt niet alleen de kenmerken van elke kaas uit, maar ook de oorsprong ervan en het ambachtelijke proces achter de productie ervan. Bij elke kaas wordt een Spaanse wijn geserveerd die is geselecteerd om de smaken te benadrukken. De gids, een deskundige oenoloog, legt uit hoe wijnen en kazen op elkaar inwerken en geeft tips over hoe u deze in de toekomst zelf kunt combineren.

The best experience I’ve ever had! This was my first wine and cheese tasting, and Tony made it unforgettable. He went into detail about every wine and cheese pairing, explaining everything in a way that was both informative and fun. You can really tell he’s passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. He made the entire experience entertaining, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this tasting to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience!

Very educational about all the wine and cheese regions of Spain. The wines and cheeses were very very good. Excellent pours! Lots of food. The Spanish bruschetta was amazing! Highly recommend.
This was a delightful experience! Jesus was welcoming and a lot of fun. He’s very knowledgeable about wines & cheeses and his enthusiasm is contagious! We really enjoyed the wines & cheeses and the jamón ibérico too! The location is very easy to find and the facility was wonderful—very modern with a beautiful view.
