Mine and my partners first time with this sort of activity we had Martin as our guide/instructor he made us feel very welcome and safe during the activity and was extremely friendly, he was more than willing to take solo pictures of me and my partner when requested and made the whole experience exciting and memorable. I would highly recommend this trip and would do it all over again!!

Amazing Extreme Gorge Walking with Zak! What an unforgettable adventure! Zak was an incredible instructor – professional, funny, and super encouraging. He made the whole experience exciting but also safe, giving us the confidence to jump, climb, and push ourselves. The scenery was stunning and the whole morning was packed with thrills – from scrambling up waterfalls to plunging into pools. Zak kept the energy high and made sure everyone in the group was enjoying the experience. If you’re in Wales and want a proper adrenaline-filled adventure, book this with Zak – you won’t regret it!

Dom was a fantastic guide for our first time gorge scrambling experience. He kept us all safe whilst we took in the amazing landscape views in this part of the world. Core family memory locked in!

Such an amazing experience. We had a 6 year old with us and our guide Martin was extremely helpful and patient too. Overall had an amazing time, an unmissable experience we would gladly book again.

I had an amazing time scrambling. The challenges were super fun and could be easily tweaked for your comfort level not to mention the scenery was stunning. Getting to walk under a waterfall was a big highlight. Dom was a fantastic guide explaining each step, some history of the area and making sure everyone was comfortable. I would highly recommend as an activity.

I went with my wife and our two boys (ages 3½ and 6), and from the beginning, the team was great—very approachable and helpful via both email and phone. They reassured us that they had all the right gear for our boys, which put our minds at ease. On the day, our instructor Dom was amazing—confident, fun, and brilliant with the kids. He made them feel safe and excited the whole way through. The added extras like water and snacks were a lovely bonus. It was a memorable day out for the whole family, and we’ll definitely be back!

We booked Sol and Adventure Activities Wales for a work team building day. Sol was outstanding and vey flexible. He managed to provide a fantastic day out, even with difficult weather. He made everyone feel comfortable and shared a lot of knowledge of the location and activity. Everyone had a fantastic day and we will use Sol for future activities.

Couldn't speak more highly of Sol and this activity. Sol kept in contact from initial booking through to arrival on the day. After a short walk from the meeting point we were soon scrambling our way up the waterfall, climbing over boulders, sliding backwards down into rock pools and squeezing into gaps someone my age probably shouldn't! All the time Sol making sure we were having a great time while ensuring we were safe. Going back to try the extreme option soon
