GOUDKUST (OOL) INTERNATIONALE AANKOMSTPROCEDURE Alle aankomende passagiers moeten hun bagage ophalen, door de douane en ga naar het glas schuifdeuren aan de noordkant van de terminal. Passagiers moeten binnen in de terminal wachten het Transit Center Sign totdat een chauffeur contact maakt. Passagiers worden geacht actief op zoek te gaan naar de bus gebrandmerkt met Con-x-ion insignes en om in de gaten te houden uit voor uw chauffeur die een blauw shirt zal dragen en rode Con-x-ion hoed. Als u hulp nodig heeft, de Gold Coast Tourism Visitor Informatiecentrum bevindt zich in de tegenoverliggende terminal de autoverhuurcabines voor hulp, anders alstublieft telefoon. Als u hulp nodig heeft, bevindt het bezoekerscentrum van de Gold Coast Tourism zich in de tegenoverliggende terminal de autoverhuurcabines voor hulp, anders kunt u bellen.

Booked online was under the impression it was return at$128 when we arrived at ool there was no information just our booking number to give the driver who took us without question when we checked the return there was none it cost us $55 to return disgraceful two elderly people never again very disappointed.

Booked an airport transfer for 4:35am and waited until 5:15am. No driver showed up, no calls, no messages. Tried calling the company and after selecting the phone options the line just went blank. We had to book a last minute Uber to avoid missing our flight, which cost us extra on top of the original booking. To make it worse, customer service focused on “investigating what happened” instead of issuing an immediate refund for a service that was never provided. Really disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not rely on this company if you have a flight to catch.

We had booked for a 10am transfer from Coolangatta airport to Surfers Paradise Airport. Arrived early and walked straight onto a bus at 8am. Bus was clean, air conditioned and the driver was great. Highly recommended.

Fine if you make the travel time no doubt but we were delayed on arrival at Gold Coast Airport due to adverse weather. One hour late, Phoned to be advised next shuttle was 9pm on the Saturday, 3 hours later from the call. No refund would be given. Best advice, the 777 bus leaves the same domestic airport area every 30 minutes. Two minute wait and only 50 cents each. tap on and off with debit or credit card. plenty of space for luggage. Took 22 minutes to Burleigh Heads and a few minutes walk to or apartment. The transfer cost 50 dollars for two.

Had a great experience with Con-X-ion Transfers from Gold Coast Airport to our hotel and return a few days later. Leigh handled pickup with friendly and professional service, making arrival easy and stress free. On return, Daniel got us to the airport safely and it even felt like a scenic journey which was a lovely way to end the trip. Both drivers were punctual, helpful and made the whole transfer experience comfortable. Highly recommend using Con-X-ion transfers.

The driver was very helpful and kind. When dropping me at my destination he went out of his way to ensure I was at the right airbnb and that I was safe. Being a solo traveller this was a great comfort to me. The shuttle bus was comfortable and the whole experience was exceptional.
