Als onze gast wordt u hartelijk verwelkomd door fantastische en vriendelijke gidsen voordat u over het prachtige Broadwater peddelt naar een verborgen eiland op slechts enkele minuten van de stad. Onderweg delen we verhalen over het zeeleven, de omgeving en wat dit estuarium zo uniek maakt. Deze ervaring is perfect voor natuurliefhebbers en beginners, met de kans om dolfijnen, pijlstaartroggen en een verscheidenheid aan zeevogels te spotten. Afhankelijk van de omstandigheden kan het fysiek actief zijn, dus kom met een geest van avontuur! Geniet bij Wave Break Island van een korte bushwalk en een begeleide snorkel over een rotsachtig rif gevuld met subtropische vissen. Daarna kunt u ontspannen met een picknick van smakelijke, lokaal geproduceerde snacks, een favoriet van gasten en een zeldzame traktatie op tours als deze. Dit is meer dan alleen peddelen en zwemmen, dit is een Gold Coast-ervaring die is ontworpen om u te verbinden met de natuur en u glimlachend achter te laten.

Our family had been visiting the Gold Coast and we were looking for something fun to do and this came up. The whole experience from start to end was real beautiful. The staff who assisted and the briefings that occurred made us feel well informed. Jane our lead guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable. We started with an option to use a wetsuit, and transfer what we wanted to bring in a dry bag and after an induction we set off on the beautiful waters. Jane led and another guide hanged back to ensure the group was travelling well which made us feel safe. We disembarked and made our way through a lovely little trail before we had a snorkel. Again, Jane was great and well prepared and had photos of the area and species of fishes we could spot which the kids loved. We were also treated with some yummy snacks before heading back. It was a real lovely experience for the family and would go again! Thanks to everyone at Seaway Kayaking Tours.

Nelson is a great guide. He is very knowledgeable. Snorkeling was fun but don’t expect crystal clear water. Even with wetsuit it was chilly in mid June. Nelson pointed out interesting animals like soldier crabs and facts about tides and local expensive efforts to protect expensive houses.
Amazing experience! The kayaking tour was fun, relaxing, and offered beautiful views of the Gold Coast waterways. The highlight of the trip was our guide, Nelson. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the tour. His enthusiasm and sense of humor made the experience even more enjoyable. Good for someone looking to outdoor activities. Jane was a really good guide. They take you out to an island about 25-30mins away by kayak where you walk for 15mins to reach a beach where you can snorkel and swim and they give out small snacks. Then all the way back again. Requires a moderate fitness to complete the Activity.
