This was a really fun trip! It was a good price for a private trip with friends - we had a Land Cruiser for the three of us plus the driver and guide. We LOVED our driver (Jagaa) and our guide, Nara. The views were amazing and it was so nice to get to meet local families. Some tour companies had the guides cook for the guests but our guide says she doesn’t cook so the families who ran the yurt camps cooked for us and often had us in their homes to eat. This was a special treat for us. Only downside is it was a lot of time in the car, but this would be true of any Gobi desert tour and isn’t specific to this company. We never did see dino fossils despite being in an area where they’ve been found, but this didn’t bother me as I’ve seen plenty in the US before. But if this particularly interests you, make sure to confirm this part of your itinerary beforehand. The city tour didn’t really need to be run by the tour company, it would be very easy to do on your own, altho I suppose you’re already paying for entrance fees. (We l went to the Chinggis Kahn museum, the Sukhbaatar square, the Gandantegchinlen Monastery, and a performance at the Lumen-Ekh Folk Song and Dance Ensemble.) I’m not even particularly interested in the performing arts and this show was incredible, so don’t miss this! The throat singer alone was enough to captivate my attention for the evening. And pro tip: don’t waste your time taking a taxi in the city… if you’re within a 30 min walk of the central square, it’ll be just as fast to walk.
Thank you for choosing our service. I hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again for more exiting and memorable tours.
We had an incredible time on this tour and would highly recommend it. One of the highlights was staying in yurts with local host families, who cooked us dinner and welcomed us into their living rooms to eat with them. It felt really authentic and gave us a great insight into the local culture. A special mention to our driver, Jagaa, who was excellent—super friendly and couldn't do enough for us throughout the trip. Our English-speaking guide, Nara, was also fantastic. She was warm, knowledgeable, and a joy to spend time with. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.
Thank you for being such a nice travelers
The guides took responsibility and did their best to make sure I enjoyed the tour in a very friendly manner. I lost some valuables along the way, but even then, while I was enjoying the tour, they did all the paperwork, which was very reassuring. Before the tour, I was worried because I couldn't speak English, but when I finished, it was four days too fulfilling to feel the wonder of Mongolia and the warmth of people. I chose this tour and I am truly grateful for the valuable experience. I would definitely recommend it to others.
❤️
The south of Mongolia was quiet, magnificent and beautiful. Moving on a regular basis, there was plenty of free time in the early afternoons of the day, so it was good to walk around the hostel.
Thank you for your review
Mongolia is a stunningly beautiful country, and the guides and drivers I encountered were professional and kind. However, I booked my tour through a person named Yadamsuren Demberel from this agency and I deeply regret that decision. Here are the issues I encountered: 1️⃣Misleading Group Size: He promised that the tour group would have a maximum of 3 people. Instead, he merged us with another group without any prior notice, bringing the actual total to 5 people. 2️⃣Lack of Professional Staffing: After the other group members finished their itinerary, he sent his family member (who was only a driver) to pick me up. For the remaining 3 days of my trip, there was no guide arranged at all. He failed to inform me of this change beforehand. 3️⃣Unprofessional Handling of Meals and Refunds: On the final day, no lunch was provided. Despite the lack of service, he refused to offer a refund. When I confronted him about these issues, his attitude was aggressive and completely irresponsible. ▶️Conclusion: Mongolia is absolutely worth visiting, but this individual’s dishonesty and lack of accountability caused a great deal of inconvenience and anger. I would strongly advise against booking with him.
Our Gobi Desert journey was nothing short of extraordinary—an experience we’ll remember for a lifetime. A heartfelt thank you to Nick and Elma for making it so seamless and special. Elma was exceptional—deeply passionate, genuinely kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in every way, from preparing our meals to thoughtfully anticipating everything we needed throughout the trip. Her care and dedication truly elevated the entire experience. Nick brought such great energy to the journey—funny, warm, and always ready to lend a hand. Together, they made the perfect team. I can’t recommend this enough, and if you have the chance, definitely request Elma and Nick—you’ll be in the best hands.
Thanks your review and choosing our company
I joined a seven-day trip through the Gobi Desert in the off-season and it was fantastic. Everything promised was delivered—and more. • Clear communication before the trip made planning easy. • Competitive and affordable pricing with no hidden fees. • Well-planned itinerary ensured we saw highlights every day despite the long distances. • Our guide took great care of us, cooking at ger camps or taking us out for meals. Essentials like sleeping bags, water, and toilet paper were all provided. • We had an unexpected home stay with a nomadic family, which became one of the most memorable parts of the journey. • The group was diverse and interesting, adding to the experience. • The organiser treated us and our friends to a great Mongolian dinner after the trip with great hospitality. Overall, this trip was a perfect mix of adventure, culture, and thoughtful organiser. Highly recommended for anyone considering the Gobi Desert.
Thanks friend
Truly an unforgettable experience! A reliable guide who will cater to your needs. Affordable but reliable. Highly recommended.
Thanks
very good tour. the tour guy/ organizer was a very knowledgeable guy. he spoke good English and was able to explain everything and answer questions. We were in a newer and comfortable Toyota Land Cruiser. day before the tour he came to our hotel and explained and went over the tour plan. the only thing I would recommend is for the guide to inform about changes to the tour plan. we had a little situation where we expected something but did not get it. small thing but it would have been better had we been informed about is sooner. not a big deal but still. anyways, I would definitely recommend this tour. Keep in mind... this is not a 5-star hotel type of a tour. For that reason you do not pay $4000-$5000. for the price, we were very satisfied and recommend this agency.
Thank u very much
I went off season, meaning most camps were already closed; nevertheless everything was arranged to sleep with nomadic families! One truly incredible experience. From pick up at the airport and all through the Gobi I was so well looked after by my driver that was also my guide and cook! Language is no longer a barrier and we communicated through Google translate. One experience I would definitely recommend!!
thank you very much
