Tijdens de workshop ontdek je de authentieke tradities van de Romeinse thuiskeuken. Ik zal je leren hoe je twee klassieke recepten van mijn familie kunt bereiden: griesmeelgnocchi en gehaktballetjes met saus, precies zoals mijn grootmoeder ze maakt! We zullen elke voorbereidingsstap samen doen en alles wat we samen thuis hebben gekookt, kun je eenvoudig nabootsen. Laat het mij vooraf weten als u intoleranties of voedselvoorkeuren heeft. - Bij dit menu is het niet mogelijk om een geheel vegetarische versie aan te vragen, de gnocchi en sauzen bevatten in ieder geval geen sporen van vlees; - Het is mogelijk om een lactosevrij menu aan te vragen; - Er is geen menukaart voor coeliakiepatiënten;

We have taken many cooking classes through our years of travel …. this one is among the best!!! My husband and I enjoyed learning about her special traditional gnocchi and meatballs recipes and of course eating them!!Which were the best we’ve ever had! We would highly recommend her class!!

My sisters and I were excited to take a class that was not the usual pasta or pizza and this class was perfect. Gin, our instructor, was such an engaging and welcoming host. Her friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a relaxing evening, learning how to make gnocchi and meatballs as we shared friendly conversation and then enjoyed a lovely meal. Gin was very sweet and provided us with some tips and recommendations for Rome. I would strongly recommend this class.

We got to know our lovely hosts over snacks and drinks. Then we made the gnocchi and meatballs in their well appointed kitchen. While we waited for everything to finish cooking we sat outside on their beautiful patio sipped on some delicious wine. We ate outside and all of the food was extremely delicious and authentic, her grandmother’s recipe. This was an excellent evening and well worth the price. The cooking instructions were simple and easy to understand, the meal was fabulous, and the hosts were outstanding. I would highly recommend this for anyone interested in a cooking class.

Amazing cooking class, authentic and super cozy. We enjoyed semolino gnocchi (never heard about it before, great choice!) and polpette, the dinner was generous and tasty, paired with good Italian wine :))

Very fun experience, Ginevra was an excellent host, Roman gnocchi and meatballs as good as grandma's, we will definitely make them again. Beautiful, well-kept and welcoming house, the garden where we had an aperitif was also beautiful. Highly recommended

A great way to make new friends and spend an evening in company. And I also learned to make meatballs differently than I do. As Ginevra repeated many times “every house has its meatball”!
