Denver's beste en enige glutenvrije en brouwtour met een lokale fijnproever, wereldreiziger en coeliakie! Ik was jarenlang een glutenvrije reisblogger en heb de eerste speciale glutenvrije app gebouwd en verkocht! Ik heb 5 jaar in het buitenland gewoond, dus ik breng mijn wereldreiservaring mee, glutenvrij zijn in tal van landen, en mijn passie voor eten, mensen samenbrengen en reizen! Denver is een van de beste plekken om glutenvrij te zijn en ik ga je alle juweeltjes laten zien waar je dol op zult zijn! Ik beloof dat degenen die gluten eten ook van deze tour zullen houden! Vraag is eenvoudig: kom hongerig, ruimdenkend en met comfortabele schoenen. Je vertrekt met nieuwe vrienden, lekker nieuw eten en drinken in je buik. Je hebt niet alleen de kennis van de stad als een insider, maar je vertrekt ook met een enorme lijst met plekken om te bezoeken! Moet 21 zijn voor deze tour, want we hebben 2 drankplekken en 2 eetplekken.

We beginnen voor deze tour bij Avanti Food & Beverage (het ontmoetingspunt). Avanti is een plek om te genieten van een fantastisch uitzicht over de Rocky Mountains en de skyline van de stad vanuit een van de beste rooftopbars in Denver. Het is ook een collectieve eetgelegenheid, waarbij elk restaurant is gebouwd in aangepaste zeecontainers. We zullen hier lunchen op een van de absoluut beste glutenvrije plekken van het land! Ik beloof je dat je niet-glutenvrije vrienden ook dol zullen zijn op dit unieke gerecht en deze plek!
We stoppen bij Union Station om deze hotspot in Denver te zien, restaurants, winkels en meer aan te wijzen, terwijl we ook suggesties hebben voor als je terugkomt. We nemen een paar minuten de tijd voor foto's!
We stoppen bij een superleuke lokale eetzaal die wordt gerund door een beroemde chef-kok. Je krijgt deze geweldige ruimte te zien, maakt wat foto's en ervaart een glutenvrij drankje dat ook lokaal is in Colorado!
We stoppen bij een lokale brouwerij/ciderstop voor onze laatste stop. Er zijn onderweg een paar verborgen juweeltjes op onze reis. Er zijn in totaal twee eetstops en twee drinkstops. Je zult het allerbeste eten en drinken in Denver ervaren!
We gaan naar een andere gastronomische markt en eetzaal. Ze herbergen een verscheidenheid aan lokale verkopers, waaronder een bakker, een koffiebar, een vismarkt, een slager, een rotisserie, een chocolaterie, ijs, een bar en meer! Op deze locatie gaan we een hapje eten :)

The tour was a lot a fun. It was a good way to explore Denver and eat some good gluten free food. I would definitely recommend it

Our tour was so amazing. Every stop was at a very cool place and the food or drink at each was just as fantastic as the location. We will be returning to each site for sure. Carrie was so knowledgeable about the city and the gluten free options.

Wow! Carrie did not disappoint! Her choices of stops had us in some of the coolest neighborhoods! The food was fabulous, the drinks were lovely and the snack definitely hit the spot! She has so much GF info to offer and shares a genuine appreciation for what GF chefs, brewers and bakers do to make our lives easier AND delicious! My husband (not GF) enjoyed the tour as well, so bring a partner!

Carrie is a fantastic tour guide with extensive information to share regarding the gluten free food and drink scene in Denver and throughout the world. Tour provided a great tour of downtown Denver. Only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is that tour was a bit sparse on providing gluten free food samplings during the various planned stops

Unfortunately there isn't much that is walkable downtown for various food samplings which is why the tour is designed to have two food stops and two drink stops. Hopefully more safe options will be available for other options in the future for other sampling options like you suggested, and will take this feedback into consideration! Carrie is a wealth of knowledge and a very friendly guide. We were treated like a friend and were shown some unique places for gluten free food. The history of Denver was also very interesting, This is a very unique food tour and was great as family members are coeliacs and they both felt included.

This was an amazing tour in and out! Carrie was very personable, shared lots of cool spots about the city, shared some of her favorite food and made a memorable experience! This was definitely a highlight of our trip and I hope to get to do it again in the future!

What a fun way to spend the day in Denver! This was such a great tour that highlighted some of the best neighborhoods and food spots in the City and Carrie was an excellent host. She is passionate, knowledgable and fun with great stories to boot! I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in touring Denver in a different and unique way. Although I am not GF, it didn't matter because all the food and drink is incredible regardless, and my friends that are GF were able to let their hair down and not worry thanks to Carrie's guidance. We didn't have to fret once wondering if it an establishment would accommodate their needs - Carrie already took care of the hard work so we could just relax and have fun together. Highly recommend!

I have been on food tours all over the country, and this was a great one! I’m not even GF, and I still really enjoyed this tour. We visited some of the “must-see” places around town and ate more than enough (delicious) food! I’d recommend this tour to both GF and non-GF people. It’s a great activity for your first day when visiting denver to get your bearings and see where you want to visit again during your trip.
