Glasgow : Loch Lomond, de Trossachs en Stirling Castle

Bij het verlaten van Glasgow bezoekt u de bonnie, bonnie banken van Loch Lomond waar u een mooie 1 uur durende cruise over de wateren kunt maken, of u kunt een bezoek brengen aan Loch Lomond Shores voor een kopje koffie en een prachtig uitzicht over het Loch. Vervolgens doorkruist u het Trossachs National Park waar u getuige bent van de ‘Highlands in Miniature’. Je eindigt je dag in Stirling Castle waar je de geschiedenis van William Wallace en Robert the Bruce leert kennen voordat je terugkeert naar Glasgow.

We stoppen bij Balloch bij Loch Lomond om onze klanten de mogelijkheid te geven een cruise over Loch Lomond te maken. Toegang voor de cruise is niet inbegrepen.
We stoppen bij het dorpje Aberfoyle voor de lunch.
Na de lunch gaat onze Loch Lomond-tour vanuit Glasgow verder met de verkenningstocht door de Trossachs, Schotlands eerste nationale park dat bekend staat als 'de Schotse Hooglanden in miniatuur' vanwege zijn overdaad aan meren, bergen en bossen; tevens de bakermat van de legendarische bandiet Rob Roy MacGregor.
We stoppen om tijd door te brengen bij Stirling Castle. Toegang voor het kasteel is niet inbegrepen.

This was a fantastic day and our guide Charlie was wonderful - knowledgable and calm, excellent driving. We really enjoyed the drive around the Trossachs and the two main locations were fabulous. Would recommend this tour!
great tour - loch Lond was very scenic and Stirling castle was just sensational- all the history was just so interesting. Our guide Blair was a real character and made the trip fun enjoyable and he could not have been more helpful . He was very Knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Visiting Glasgow for the Commonwealth Games we thought we’d take a trip out as a break from spectating in the Hydro. Small coach expertly driven by Charlie whose commentary and knowledge were a perfect accompaniment to the stunning views through the windows. One thing to bear in mind is that as advertised, admission charges are not included. The Loch Lomond boat trip and Stirling Castle entry added £40 per person to the cost of the tour. Yes they are optional, but not going would leave you kicking your heels around car parks waiting for the excursion to finish. Make sure you take enough cash or your cards!

We had a great time. Davey even wrangled the cows for us, even though the place was crowded, so our group was able to meet all 3. We chose this tour because it’s one of the few without that crazy 11/12 hour timeline. It was well paced between driving and exploring. Would recommend.

My day was wonderful! Very stress free loch lammond cruise ride! Lovely buildings and small Castles near the water! Driver named David dressed nicely, very hospitable, gave us loads of history info! Excellent driver with the many S turning roads and tight roads! He played bagpipes Scots music ! There was a fairy forested area we was in ! There was lots of restaurants to eat as we had to get a lunch stop! Sterling Castle plenty to see and abundant time! ! Lots of steps to climb and look out areas! My day was very good! Thank you! Stirling Castle is excellent. Must pay for a guided tour. Best castle too see. I wouldn't pay for a boat ride on the Loch again. One can see well from the shore. Mind you it was raining. Maybe on a sunny day the boat trip would be more picturesque.
Callum was great. The air conditioner on the bus was hittin. And the secret stop was pleasant
