Doe mee aan deze totaal unieke ervaring rond de wereldberoemde Glacier Lagoon. Voor deze combo tour krijg je het beste van twee werelden. Je kunt kiezen of je begint met het kajakken bij de Glacier Lagoon of de geweldige wandeling naar de Breidamerkurjokull Glacier. De Glacier Lagoon is beroemd om zijn drijvende ijsbergen op het blauwe gletsjerwater. In deze tour krijg je de kans om rond de ijsbergen te dobberen met je deskundige gids die je de lagune rondleidt. Na uw tour op de Glacier Lagoon heeft u een korte pauze voordat u op een super jeep stapt die u naar de rand van de Breidamerkurjokull-gletsjer brengt. Na een korte wandeling wandelt u de prachtige gletsjer op die de Glacier Lagoon omringt. Daar leert u over de kenmerken van de gletsjer en hoe de gletsjer de laatste jaren is veranderd. Breidamerkurjokull is beroemd om zijn kristalblauwe ijsgrot, dus als je geluk hebt, kun je een van die geweldige natuurverschijnselen zien.

We did both the kayak and glacier hike tours. The kayak tour of icebergs in the lagoon were a beautiful sight to be up close. It was relaxing! The glacier hike was amazing. Our guide Þóris was exceptional! His knowledge and love of the glacier and natural landscape around was great to learn. The hike was fairly easy and very different from the other glacier hikes. We loved it! They did give you 1.5 hrs in between both to eat(food and bathrooms avail) as well as a walk across the street to Diamond beach. Great day!
We HIGHLY recommend this combo! We were lucky enough to book the combo with wonderful Kayaking Guides, Beth and Orestis; along with an outstanding Glacier Guide, Aron (a native Icelander). The gear provided for both experiences was perfect. We were warm, dry, and comfortable (even though it rained on us for a portion of the kayaking tour). What an unforgettable and spectacular day--from being on the water with beautiful icebergs to breathtaking views at the top of the glacier. Just WOW!

Weather forced the cancellation of the Kayak portion of the tour. We rescheduled the glacier hike portion due to safety concerns for the next day. Hike was one of the highlights of our trip.
Me and my partner just did the kayaking. The weather was very rainy, bit no wind. Stefan our guide was very experienced and made us all feel safe. We saw over 12 harbour seals and the icebergs are amazing. Want to go again on a sunny day. Loved it
