Het Giraffe Centre is ook wereldberoemd geworden als een Natuurbeschermingseducatiecentrum, dat elk jaar duizenden Keniaanse schoolkinderen onderwijs geeft. Krijg de kans om via onze deskundige gidsen te leren over de levensstijl van een Rothschild Giraffe , hun gedrag, hoe ze overleven en habitatvoorkeuren van deze dieren. Later heb je misschien een kans om de Kobe Beads fabriek te bezoeken en de lokale bevolking te ontmoeten. De moeders zijn toegewijd aan wat ze doen bij het maken van die kralen. Maak kans om souvenirs te kopen. Begin met herinneringen.

We beginnen uw tour om 9.00 uur in de richting van het Giraffe Centre waar u meer te weten komt over de conversatie-inspanningen om een bedreigde diersoort te behouden en ook geniet van het kijken naar de giraffen terwijl ze rondzwerven. Daarna heb je misschien tijd om Kobe Beads Factory (OPTIONEEL) te bezoeken. Een echte inspiratieplek met indrukwekkende handgemaakte keramische kralen, prachtige leren portemonnees en prachtige kralenriemen. Het is een unieke fabriek omdat het alleenstaande ouders uit de buurt in dienst heeft die de kost verdienen om hun gezinnen te onderhouden. Later wordt u naar uw hotel gereden voor drop off terwijl u inscheept met herinneringen.

Kelvin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Feeding the giraffes made us all smile and learning about the different species was very interesting. The tour was finished with a trip to a ceramic bead and leather making enterprise with a vocal performance full of joy at the end!
Great experience feeding the giraffes. My guide was super friendly and super knowledgeable. We also then went to the bead making factory which was also great as well. A lovely morning spent

Kelvin our tour guide is an absolute diamond of a man, warm, funny, kind and passionate, the very best of Africa.
