Nadat je bent opgehaald door onze gecertificeerde gids bij je hotel, ga je naar het giraffencentrum waar je de met uitsterven bedreigde Rothschild-giiraffe in een halfwilde staat zult zien leven. Leer meer over hun gedrag, eigenschappen en inspanningen voor natuurbehoud. ga vervolgens naar het dierenweeshuis direct bij de ingang van het nationale park. Maak een wandeling door het centrum waar de dieren worden gehouden. kijk hoe ze in hun territorium spelen terwijl u foto's maakt met uw camera's. De bezichtiging is alleen geopend van 11.00 uur tot 12.00 uur (1 uur per dag). Je laatste stop voordat je terugkeert naar je hotel is de Kobe Beads-fabriek. krijg de kans om de prachtige handgemaakte kralen en aardewerk te bewonderen die met de hand zijn gemaakt door Afrikaanse vrouwen.

Bezoek het giraffencentrum in Nairibi om de met uitsterven bedreigde Rothschild-giraffen op een verhoogd platform te zien. Zonder gedoe haalt onze bekwame gids u op en brengt u rechtstreeks naar het centrum. Op de site zijn giraffen te zien die zijn gered uit het westelijke deel van Kenia in een semi-wilde omgeving genaamd giraffenhuis. dit geeft je de kans om de giraffen van dichtbij te zien dan in het wild.
11.00 uur tot 12.00 uur bezoek het revalidatiecentrum in het Nairobi National Park met geredde babyolifanten. Het weeshuis, gelegen in het nationale park van Nairobi, doet dienst als opvangcentrum voor weesolifanten. Ontdek hoe ze daar terecht zijn gekomen en welke inspanningen er zijn geleverd om ze weer in de wildernis vrij te laten.
Heb een voordeel om de stoere kralen van Kobe te bezoeken en te leren hoe de Maasai-dames worden versterkt door het maken van met de hand geschilderde kralen, keramische sieraden die schitteren met een caleidoscoop van Afrikaanse kleuren en Keniaanse kunst.

We had a great time on our tour of the Giraffe Centre, animal orphanage and the national park. Our guide Douglas was the best!. He taught us many fun animal facts and went out of his way to make sure we had a fabulous time. Highly recommend this tour and Highly recommend Douglas.
This was an extraordinary tour! First we hiked mt.longonot with my guide Calvin and he was very patient and considerate. Going up hill was breath taking and Calvin made it seem simple until we reached the ring and went all round the rim. Extremely nice and caring guy. Boat ride on lake Naivasha was fantastic. I saw hippos amongst other bird species and it was basically relaxing. A must do another tour with caraluxe tours.

The trip was wonderful. The hike is great. I had a fantastic time hiking with Calvin my guide from caraluxe tours and safaris. We went up and then around the rim. It was a tough hike but the views were amazing and Calvin was very supportive and patient. Be a ware though_ my longonot park let you take disposable plastic bottles and so remember to carry with you reusable bottles.

Mount Longonot is a challenging but very doable hike that rewards you with incredible views that changes depending on your vantage point along the crator. It's only about an hour and half driving from Nairobi which makes it possible to do a day trip. My guide Felix was incredible as he drove very safely and even made the hiking seem easier. He knows the mountain very well and even it's Flora and fauna and is passionate on what he does.

Mount Longonot was the best part. Climbing up and walking around it was challenging and fun! The boat ride wasn't really necessary in my opinion but in overall a great experience
