Ontdek in een hele dag privé sightseeing tour onze mooiste plekjes in Nederland: Giethoorn en de Zaanse Schans. Eerst bezoekt u een uniek Nederlands park genaamd de Zaanse Schans niet ver van Amsterdam. Hier staan de meest bijzondere windmolens van Nederland zoals de verfmolen, de zagerij, kruidenmolen en pindaolie. Uw chauffeur/gastheer brengt u naar de unieke klompenfabriek waar u ziet hoe wij de originele Hollandse klompen maken. Er is een mogelijkheid om klompen/houten schoenen en wat leuke souvenirs te kopen. Daarna is het tijd om meer dan 30 soorten hele lekkere Hollandse kaas gratis te proeven! Uw volgende stop is Giethoorn, het Nederlandse Venetië. Je krijgt een rondvaart met gids in een grote boot of je kunt ervoor kiezen om zelf een kleine boot te besturen. Laat uw chauffeur/host weten wat uw voorkeur heeft.

Ontdek de grote Nederlandse windmolens en maak er een paar mooie foto's van. Er staan nog 7 windmolens op de Zaanse Schans en een aantal zijn open voor bezoek. Je kunt de verfmolen bezoeken (daar waar Rembrandt, de grote Nederlandse kunstenaar, zijn verf kocht), een zagerij, een kruidenmolen en nog veel meer. Toegang tot het windmolenpark en parkeerkosten zijn bij deze tour inbegrepen.
Leer meer over de Nederlandse klompenmakerij en bekijk een demonstratie hoe ze nu de Nederlandse klompen maken. Ook bestaat de mogelijkheid om de klompen, klompen en andere souvenirs in de klompenfabriek te kopen.
Bekijk de verfmolen (daar waar Rembrandt, de grote Nederlandse kunstenaar, zijn verf kocht) van binnenuit of de bijzondere zaagmolen. Er is ook een mogelijkheid om mooie foto's te maken van alle windmolens.
Proef nu een van de lekkerste bijzondere Goudse kaas! Je kunt zoveel kaas eten als je wilt, gratis. Er zijn meer dan 30 verschillende soorten kaas, dus geniet! Er is een mogelijkheid om de kaas te kopen en als je niet genoeg ruimte in je koffer hebt kun je de kaas naar je land laten verzenden.
Bezoek de leukste en mooiste plekjes van Nederland: Giethoorn, het Hollandse Venetië dorp. Geniet van de rust en de natuur van dit idyllische dorp. Maak een begeleide boottocht van 1c uur onder de lindebomen door, bewonder de typische houten bruggen en de oude boerderijen. Je kunt ook zelf een bootje besturen. Als je liever zelf de boot bestuurt, laat het dan weten aan je chauffeur zodat hij dat voor je kan regelen. Na de rondvaart kun je lekker lunchen in een van de leuke restaurants in het dorp of je kunt een wandeling maken door het leuke Giethoorn dorp.

Very pleasant day with accommodating guide Singh. The history of the windmills was fantastic. Pace was perfect and allowed us to enjoy visiting a wooden shoe and a cheese making facility. Easy walking. Nice lunch on our own and ended up with a relaxing boat ride in the canals of the “Venice of Netherlands” . Well worth a visit.

Great private tour for 4 people. In august suggest going earlier because there was a lot of boat traffic on the canal but really pleasant day. From our hotel it was about an hour drive (in a nice Mercedes’ van) and an hour to get to Geithomme but worth the drive. Driver, Marteen, was very nice and accommodating.

Can only think about the fact that our tour guide scammed us. Told us we had to pay for windmill tour $10. That was supposed to be included. Then requested more money because we went over on the time. It was a full day tour. Spent most of the time on the road. We had no choice but to pay him when he took us back to our hotel. Want to make sure this guy gets fired so he doesn’t scam any more people. We gave him $200 and got no receipt. BK-851083274 on July 29, 2022.
Dear Marly, Thank you for your review. I spoke with your driver/guide and what you write is a total lie! Your driver/guide let you before the tour know that if you want to extend the tour you have to pay extra and that was fine and you booked 1.5 hours extra. Why you say you where scammed but you give your driver/guide $ 100,- tip?? That make no sense what you say. It is also a lie that the tickets of the windmills to see them inside is included the tour. The admission to the windmill park is included the tour but not everyone want to see the windmills from inside so the entrance fee to take a look inside a windmill is not included the price. And it is a small amount of € 5,-. You only write this review because we don't do the refund of € 100,- because you booked the extra hours. You let the driver/guide know that you had a wonderful day and you give him $ 100 tip as wel!! So you lie that you were scammed! We only have good reviews about our tours and we don't want to be blackmailed by you because you don't receive the refund. If you had a issue with your driver/guide you could contact our office directly that day but you did not contact us at all! Now 3 weeks later you ask for a refund and write this review?? If you want you can get a reciept of the €100,- extra time you booked but of course you can't get a receipt of the $ 100,- tip you give to your driver!
Gillio was our driver/guide for the day! He was prompt at pick up and great at communication throughout our private tour day. He provided some information in a nice black folder of the places we were going to visit to give us some background on the areas we were visiting and also help us decide what we wanted to see in the short time we had. Great service all around 5+ stars!!

Mario was a wonderful addition to my travels outside of Amsterdam to be able to tour the countryside. He went out of his way at the venues that we attended to ask the operators at each site to provide me special presentation about the workings of the windmills, cheese making and I never felt pressured to not be able to take my time at each stop. When arriving in Giethoorn it began to rain and was quick to have the umbrella ready and walked ahead to purchase my ticket for the boat ride (covered). Added touch he carried my packages after some souvenir shopping. Great tour!

Zaanse Schans & Giethoorn are a must see when visiting Amsterdam. The windmills at Zaanse Schans are definitely a bit touristy and crowded in the Summer months. Giethoorn is just a short drive out of the city of Amsterdam and your in a fairytale town. Cute and very unique
