Dit is een 100% privé tour : uw Gids, uw groep, uw dag. U wordt niet vergezeld door andere gasten, en de hele tour is uitsluitend gewijd aan u en uw gezelschap. Uw privé Gids brengt u rechtstreeks naar de Zaanse Schans en leidt u door dit pittoreske Nederlandse erfgoed. Ervaar vele beroemde aspecten van de Nederlandse productie en bezoek een oude werkende windmolen om te leren over hoe producten werden vervaardigd in de 17e en 18e eeuw. Het tweede hoogtepunt van de dag is het pittoreske dorpje Giethoorn. Het centrum van het dorp is autovrij, dus de enige manier om rond te reizen is per boot of te voet. Uw Gids transformeert zichzelf in uw kapitein en verwelkomt u aan boord van een typische 'punter', een kleine Nederlandse platbodemboot ontworpen om in ondiep water te varen voor een privérondvaart van een uur door Giethoorn. Nadat u weer op het droge bent, gaat u met uw Gids mee voor een korte wandeltocht waardoor u een ander perspectief krijgt op dit perfecte kleine dorpje.

Steven guided us through a great day. The drive to was filled with beautiful scenery and Steven shared so much knowledge of how Amsterdam has been built up over the centuries. While in Giethoorn, Steven guided us on a boat tour of this quaint town that is so peaceful and beautiful. We also stopped at a restaurant to try some local snack food. Steven provided great guidance on what to try and all were great. We then drove to Zaanse Schans to see all the workings of a windmill town. The entire day was great and I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you again, Steven for making this a great day!

Steven was an excellent guide with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all of our areas of Dutch cultural and historical interest, not only about Giethoorn and Zaanse Schans! Both sights were beautiful and unique, as was the drive through the reclaimed Dutch countryside. And, Giethoorn really lived up to its reputation as the most beautiful village in the world! Giethoorn is an exquisite treasure, so charming and unique. Our guide, Steve, was so knowledgeable and engaging. Our conversations ranged wildly from history, the culture of The Netherlands, their land management, and the precise operation of windmills! We went up and all through a working windmill, with Steve's explanations of the various procedures and products. We saw, learned, and experienced things we'd have never known of otherwise!
